Esta guía incluyó recomendaciones para la conformación, gobernanza, estrategia, herramientas de soporte y proyectos, con la finalidad de promover las CLP, las que se han considerado instancias clave en el rubro logístico para generar el consenso entre los actores, discutir problemáticas locales, lograr el cierre de brechas y promover oportunidades de colaboración.
