Sin embargo, la tecnolog\u00eda funciona como un aliado para agilizar procesos y cumplir con las altas expectativas del consumidor.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Santiago, 07 de noviembre de 2022.-<\/strong> Durante los \u00faltimos meses del a\u00f1o, los consumidores visitan las vitrinas virtuales y f\u00edsicas con mayor frecuencia con la llegada de eventos como CyberMonday, Black Friday y Navidad. Es por ello que las cadenas de suministro trabajan a toda m\u00e1quina para anticiparse y planificar stock, env\u00edos y cumplimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parte del desaf\u00edo es anticipar las principales ofertas y organizar los principales mecanismos de entregas. \u201cEs clave que las cadenas log\u00edsticas trabajen de la mano con equipos comerciales y de marketing para prever la demanda, con el fin de definir a sus prestadores de servicios y cumplir correctamente con la propuesta de valor ofrecida a los clientes\u201d, explica <strong>Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo cierto es que, con el objetivo de agilizar las proyecciones y procesos, la tecnolog\u00eda debe ser la mano derecha de las compa\u00f1\u00edas. Utilizar software y plataformas en l\u00ednea permitir\u00e1n realizar estimaciones de demanda basado en modelos matem\u00e1ticos, los cuales se alinean con las ventas por periodo para finalmente controlar las desviaciones e ir ajustando las variables definidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLas empresas est\u00e1n invirtiendo en tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima milla. Esto, debido a que los consumidores privilegian aquellos comercios que entregan de forma r\u00e1pida y expedita, en bloques horarios concretos, sin necesidad de esperar todo un d\u00eda por un producto, adem\u00e1s de tener acceso a un seguimiento en l\u00ednea\u201d, asegura Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Opciones de entrega: un valor agregado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actualidad, el consumidor tiene la disponibilidad de optar por diversos tipos de entrega que se acomoden a su estilo de vida. Ya sea pick up, retiro en tienda o env\u00edo a domicilio, todas las opciones son valiosas para un consumidor que puede escoger en funci\u00f3n de su lugar de trabajo, residencia, pero por sobre todo, por el tiempo con el que cuenta para recibir sus compras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHace unos a\u00f1os, el beneficio de la compra online se perd\u00eda por el tiempo que los clientes deb\u00edan esperar en una fila para retirar sus compras. Sin embargo, hoy hay un abanico muy amplio de opciones a buenos costos. Esto, gracias a que el mercado de la \u00faltima milla es muy competitivo en t\u00e9rminos de servicio y precio\u201d, comenta Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El reto de las empresas hoy y en el futuro, seguir\u00e1 siendo mejorar la experiencia de compra. Por este motivo, la \u00faltima etapa de este proceso se ha convertido en un factor de decisi\u00f3n por parte de los consumidores, quienes est\u00e1n dispuestos a pagar un monto adicional con la finalidad de recibir sus compras en los tiempos que ellos desean.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Una experiencia de compra m\u00e1s amena<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras m\u00e1s cerca est\u00e1 el fin de a\u00f1o, mayor es la necesidad de algunos consumidores por anticipar sus compras a precios convenientes. Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta una serie de consideraciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Regalos anticipados.<\/strong> Si el objetivo es adquirir productos meses antes de la navidad y fin de a\u00f1o, es clave consultar los tiempos de entrega de los proveedores, la disponibilidad de flotas desde el origen y los tiempos de carga. Si el cliente quiere asegurar sus compras navide\u00f1as es una buena opci\u00f3n siempre y cuando no cambien los gustos o intereses de quienes van a recibir los obsequios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Compra segura.<\/strong> En periodos de alta demanda, los ciberdelincuentes pueden aprovechar cualquier oportunidad. Es por ello que, al ingresar a un sitio web, es de suma importancia revisar el nombre del portal e identificar si hay elementos extra\u00f1os en la direcci\u00f3n URL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Analizar los tiempos de entrega.<\/strong> Cuando hay gran consumo electr\u00f3nico, es dif\u00edcil estimar los tiempos de entrega ya que dependen de la capacidad del oferente para procesar los pedidos, adem\u00e1s de los tiempos en los cuales el proveedor de \u00faltima milla se ha comprometido a entregar.
