SANTIAGO, 11 DE NOVIEMBRE.<\/strong> Como grupo Andes Logistics<\/a>, estamos sumamente orgullosos y felices de comunicar el reciente nombramiento de Camila Parker <\/a>como la nueva gerenta general de la empresa en Chile. Camila reportar\u00e1 directamente a Crist\u00f3bal Huidobro, quien deja el cargo para enfocarse totalmente en las tareas de Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n

Con este nombramiento, se busca trazar los diversos prop\u00f3sitos del grupo para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, que tienen que ver con lograr una mayor eficiencia operativa y continuar con el proceso de Digitalizaci\u00f3n en que se encuentran y enfatizar la orientaci\u00f3n de la empresa en las personas, ya que esta es una empresa de servicios y las personas por son su capital.<\/p>\n

Camila Parker ocupaba hasta hace d\u00edas el cargo de directora de Recursos Humanos, Marketing y Comunicaciones en la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Psic\u00f3loga de la Universidad del Desarrollo, Coach Ontol\u00f3gico Newfield Consulting, Post\u00edtulo RRHH Universidad del Desarrollo y actualmente cursa un Magister en la Universidad de Berkeley de Innovaci\u00f3n y Alta Direcci\u00f3n. Anteriormente trabaj\u00f3 en Sony y Grupo Capitales. Lleg\u00f3 a Andes Logistics en noviembre de 2014, como Manager de Recursos Humanos y en enero de 2020 asumi\u00f3 como directora de Recursos Humanos, Marketing y Comunicaciones.<\/p>\n

Los principales desaf\u00edos que tendr\u00e1 que enfrentar con este nuevo cargo, se relacionan con los temas de la digitalizaci\u00f3n, eficiencia operativa, y mejora continua de procesos, as\u00ed como la homologaci\u00f3n de procesos a nivel de Grupo por ser Chile el Head Quarter del Grupo.<\/p>\n
