Para ello, las cadenas de suministro tienen el desaf\u00edo de fomentar, desarrollar y capacitar a una fuerza laboral cada vez m\u00e1s empoderada y eficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Precisamente para ello es que, en el marco de una alianza para preparar a profesionales con nuevas capacidades, STG y DuocUC entregaron el pasado jueves 10 de noviembre sus primeros certificados en el curso te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico de \u201cRob\u00f3tica Aplicada a las Operaciones Log\u00edsticas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstas iniciativas permiten que nuestros alumnos pongan en pr\u00e1ctica lo que aprenden en las aulas de clases, potenciando sus capacidades y permiti\u00e9ndoles experimentar un mundo log\u00edstico predominado por la tecnolog\u00eda\u201d, explica Pedro Montecinos, coordinador CITT Alonso Ovalle en Duoc UC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conforme pasa el tiempo, la innovaci\u00f3n se hace fundamental en las estrategias de negocios competitivas para cientos de industrias. Por esa raz\u00f3n, los profesionales deben adaptarse a estos procesos con el fin de potenciar nuevas carreras universitarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAcercar la tecnolog\u00eda a estos j\u00f3venes es permitirles que experimenten lo que est\u00e1 pasando en el mercado para que, una vez que terminen sus estudios, tengan otra mirada y preparaci\u00f3n. Al mismo tiempo, pueden comprender lo que pasa en la industria al momento de su inserci\u00f3n laboral. Hoy en d\u00eda hay una escasez de profesionales tecnol\u00f3gicos, por lo que vamos a seguir impulsando con Duoc Uc a la preparaci\u00f3n de alumnos nutridos con experiencia\u201d, destaca Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las carreras actuales se adaptan a la contingencia. En otros tiempos tambi\u00e9n hubo una escasez de profesionales en la log\u00edstica y a su vez, hab\u00eda una necesidad en los j\u00f3venes para abocarse en ella, en ese sentido, para prepararlos se desarroll\u00f3 la carrera de Ingenier\u00eda en Log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cParticipar en este curso fue una experiencia \u00fanica que nos hizo entrar en el entorno real de una empresa y comprender lo que se necesita. Estas instancias creo que son una oportunidad para que nosotros los estudiantes podamos trasladar los conocimientos que adquirimos en clases hacia el entorno actual\u201d, comenta David Mart\u00ednez, estudiante de Ingenier\u00eda Inform\u00e1tica en Duoc UC y participante del curso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de esta alianza se realizar\u00e1n un total de cuatro cursos dedicados a la implementaci\u00f3n de Inteligencia Artificial, WMS y dos cursos dirigidos al Internet de las Cosas (IoT).
