Sin duda, uno de los conceptos que tom\u00f3 m\u00e1s fuerza fue la resiliencia. Y es que las industrias, entre ellas la log\u00edstica, se han visto en la necesidad de estar en constante cambio y en b\u00fasqueda de mecanismos que permitan predecir los futuros escenarios y as\u00ed cumplir con una cadena suministro capaz de satisfacer al cliente final.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para 2023, se espera que las cadenas de suministro sigan evolucionando hacia procesos m\u00e1s digitales. En ese sentido, las compa\u00f1\u00edas est\u00e1n invirtiendo en tecnolog\u00edas de automatizaci\u00f3n para tener visibilidad en cada uno de sus procesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl 2023 es un a\u00f1o en el que la automatizaci\u00f3n en la cadena de suministro va a liderar. Especialmente porque las industrias est\u00e1n preocupadas en contaminar menos y ser m\u00e1s ecol\u00f3gicas. En ese sentido, digitalizar los procesos les da la posibilidad de generar un menor impacto al medioambiente. Tambi\u00e9n vamos a observar una trazabilidad fuerte en los despachos e inventarios a trav\u00e9s de tecnolog\u00edas de RFID que ayudar\u00e1n a avanzar de manera \u00e1gil la recepci\u00f3n de los productos sin la necesidad de usar papel\u201d, destaca Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, en materia de e-commerce y retail, la \u00faltima milla sigue siendo alta prioridad para las empresas. La amplia competencia est\u00e1 obligando a las compa\u00f1\u00edas a invertir en soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas que mejoren este proceso y cumplan con los tiempos que el cliente final desea y espera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El momento preciso para invertir en tecnolog\u00edas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas que se esperaban para dentro de unos cinco a\u00f1os m\u00e1s, ya se encuentran en el abanico de opciones de las empresas. Hoy la realidad virtual, automatizaci\u00f3n, remotizaci\u00f3n, Inteligencia Artificial (IA) e Internet de las Cosas (IoT) abren un sinf\u00edn de posibilidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy, la industria log\u00edstica es m\u00e1s cognitiva al reducir el error humano en los procesos, as\u00ed como en la intervenci\u00f3n de las personas en actividades de las compa\u00f1\u00edas que pudieran ser riesgosas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSi antes de la pandemia se dudaba de la inversi\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00edas para mejorar los procesos productivos, ahora es el tiempo correcto para empezar a gestionar de manera diferente la cadena de suministro. La forma de ver el mundo cambi\u00f3, est\u00e1n ocurriendo situaciones geopol\u00edticas que nos est\u00e1n llevando a hacer un monitoreo muy claro de c\u00f3mo responder a trav\u00e9s de disruptores tecnol\u00f3gicos\u201d, enfatiza Mike Guerra, director s\u00e9nior de estrategia de la industria Am\u00e9ricas BlueYonder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los atascos en los puertos que se siguen manteniendo han originado el retraso de materias primas, crisis de semiconductores, entre otros, ocasionando una baja en los inventarios de las compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEs urgente que las compa\u00f1\u00edas se adapten a las innovaciones para as\u00ed mitigar las crisis que vive la industria log\u00edstica. Hoy existe un problema de materia prima, lo cual ha ocasionado retraso en la llegada de los productos.
