La operaci\u00f3n en Ecuador se duplicar\u00e1 y podremos ofrecer m\u00e1s alternativas al comercio exterior\u201d, destac\u00f3 el gerente general de Aerosan, Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La transacci\u00f3n est\u00e1 sujeta a la aprobaci\u00f3n de las autoridades regulatorias pertinentes de Ecuador y al cumplimiento de otras condiciones usuales para este tipo de operaciones. Aerosan es una empresa con m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os de experiencia, que presta servicios de carga, rampa, almacenamiento, charters para aerol\u00edneas, importadores y exportadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha experimentado un importante crecimiento, expandiendo sus operaciones en Chile a Colombia y Ecuador, sumando ocho aeropuertos en estos pa\u00edses. Cada a\u00f1o la compa\u00f1\u00eda transfiere cerca de 400.000 toneladas de carga y presta servicios para unos 7.000 vuelos y m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n de pasajeros.
