Si bien, para diferentes economistas el escenario sorpresivo del alza de un 4,0% causa certezas en medio de la incertidumbre, el \u00e1rea del comercio marc\u00f3 su octava baja interanual continua, con 7,1% en enero. Por lo mismo, un n\u00famero importante de empresas del retail ha <strong>reconfigurado sus estrategias de RR.HH. <\/strong>con el objetivo de generar eficiencias sin tener que recurrir a la desvinculaci\u00f3n de personal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, las compa\u00f1\u00edas del rubro est\u00e1n apostando por generar <strong>posiciones h\u00edbridas y as\u00ed cubrir hasta un 40% de plazas con la misma cantidad de personas<\/strong>, abarcando un mayor n\u00famero de puntos de venta sin perder foco en la atenci\u00f3n al cliente final.
