La din\u00e1mica actual se presenta bien desafiante para las marcas que intentan generar inter\u00e9s en un mercado en donde reina lo \u201cdiverso\u201d. Diversos canales de promoci\u00f3n, diversos canales de comunicaci\u00f3n, diversos formatos, diversas maneras de entregar los productos.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Captar atenci\u00f3n en un contexto diverso y generar una excelente experiencia de compra se presentan como dos bloques cr\u00edticos. Centr\u00e1ndome en el segundo bloque, los consumidores tienen una gran facilidad (cuesti\u00f3n de clicks) para elegir otra marca si la experiencia no ha sido buena, pero si el caso ha sido el contrario, se lograr\u00eda un alto grado de fidelizaci\u00f3n ya que hemos dejado un cliente feliz (la mejor emoci\u00f3n para el engagement)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Poniendo \u00e9nfasis en la log\u00edstica, como actividad clave para potenciar la experiencia de compra, considero tres variables cr\u00edticas para seleccionar un partner log\u00edstico: Comunicaci\u00f3n inmediata, excelencia operativa y fortaleza tecnol\u00f3gica.
