Este centro albergar\u00e1 soluciones log\u00edsticas para clientes del sector Farmac\u00e9utico y Tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u201cChile es un pa\u00eds con gran potencial. Hay ya industrias muy fuertes como el retail o la miner\u00eda que son referencia regional o global y avanzan en una transformaci\u00f3n profunda sectores como el farmac\u00e9utico o el tecnol\u00f3gico, esto genera una necesidad de servicios de log\u00edstica de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n. En DHL Supply Chain estamos invirtiendo 6 millones de d\u00f3lares para fortalecer la cadena de distribuci\u00f3n de estas industrias y asegurar la mejor experiencia para nuestros clientes. Adicionalmente, buscamos establecer un precedente en el sector sobre c\u00f3mo operar de forma sustentable y con las \u00faltimas innovaciones en materia de tecnolog\u00eda y seguridad\u201d, afirm\u00f3 German Arango, Gerente General de DHL Supply Chain en Chile, Per\u00fa y Argentina.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La ruta hacia la neutralidad en operaciones log\u00edsticas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En l\u00ednea con la estrategia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda que busca tener Centros de Distribuci\u00f3n CO2 neutros para el a\u00f1o 2025, este nuevo centro de distribuci\u00f3n opera con altos est\u00e1ndares para reducir el impacto al medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, German Arango recalc\u00f3 \u201cla sustentabilidad que brindamos a nuestros clientes, contempla soluciones integrales desde la infraestructura hasta la operaci\u00f3n; por ejemplo, con paneles solares que brindan a partir del 10% del consumo el\u00e9ctrico total con generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda renovable, esto equivale que del consumo energ\u00e9tico total estimado estemos evitando generar 76 Tn CO2e al a\u00f1o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de eso, DHL Supply Chain incluir\u00e1 en su operaci\u00f3n puntos de reciclaje, luces led inteligentes, veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, empaques retornables y compostables, as\u00ed como recicladoras de cart\u00f3n que permitir\u00e1n reemplazar el pl\u00e1stico burbuja generando una reducci\u00f3n del uso del pl\u00e1stico en un 95% vs el proceso tradicional y finalmente, equipos con bater\u00edas de litio, las cuales son un 30% m\u00e1s eficientes energ\u00e9ticamente que las tradicionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rob\u00f3tica &amp; Digitalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En materia de tecnolog\u00eda, DHL Supply Chain en Chile cuenta con altos est\u00e1ndares de robotizaci\u00f3n, digitalizaci\u00f3n, machine learning e inteligencia artificial. En el \u00e1rea de rob\u00f3tica, la compa\u00f1\u00eda proporciona soluciones para automatizar los procesos repetitivos de sus clientes, incluyendo tecnolog\u00edas como brazos rob\u00f3ticos de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, soluciones aut\u00f3nomas de rob\u00f3tica colaborativa para el traslado de productos dentro del centro de distribuci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como soluciones de alta eficiencia tecnol\u00f3gica para acondicionar productos de acuerdo con las necesidades de empaque, etiquetado, serializaci\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, respecto a la Inteligencia Artificial, DHL Supply Chain cuenta con soluciones de procesamiento de textos para la gesti\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n. Adicionalmente, con soluciones de machine learning, la compa\u00f1\u00eda utiliza modelos que permiten la optimizaci\u00f3n de los recursos basados en productividades y perfil de operaciones, as\u00ed como la planeaci\u00f3n de rutas, lo cual adem\u00e1s de eficientar la operaci\u00f3n contribuye al medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la rob\u00f3tica convencional asociada a elementos mec\u00e1nicos, Arango puntualiz\u00f3 que en Chile se est\u00e1 viviendo una revoluci\u00f3n en la rob\u00f3tica digital \u201ctenemos los RPAs (Robotic Process Automation), que son herramientas digitales que nos permiten automatizar procesos transaccionales.
