En las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas se le ha denominado a esta relaci\u00f3n como Business-to-Consumer (B2C) o Direct-to-Consumer, la que ha sido fuertemente apalancada por la revoluci\u00f3n digital, en especial por el comercio electr\u00f3nico. En esa l\u00ednea, han surgido desde 2010 plataformas que promueven el comercio entre consumidores (C2C), tambi\u00e9n llamado Peer to Peer (P2P), entre pares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero es interesante ver en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, c\u00f3mo el auge de las tecnolog\u00edas digitales ha tenido un impacto significativo en las interacciones B2B (business-to-business). Las empresas est\u00e1n aprovechando las plataformas digitales, como market places de comercio electr\u00f3nico, y viene irrumpiendo fuertemente tambi\u00e9n la revoluci\u00f3n de la Econom\u00eda Compartida B2B (Sharing Economy B2B). Esta ha permitido a las empresas optimizar la utilizaci\u00f3n de sus recursos al compartir activos, equipos o instalaciones con otras empresas y acceder a recursos o servicios sin necesidad de grandes inversiones iniciales, maximizando la eficiencia de sus operaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Claro, sab\u00edamos de la Econom\u00eda Compartida C2C o P2P y que ven\u00eda revolucionando los negocios digitales (Uber, Airbnb, TaskRabbit, Eatwith, etc.) moviendo m\u00e1s de USD 300 billones, pero esta es solo la punta del iceberg de la Econom\u00eda Compartida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la revoluci\u00f3n de Sharing Economy B2B, se estiman transacciones de trillones de d\u00f3lares, cuyas interacciones y transacciones comerciales entre empresas est\u00e1n construyendo redes y ecosistemas colaborativos, forjando asociaciones estrat\u00e9gicas y aprovechando plataformas que permiten una comunicaci\u00f3n fluida, el intercambio de datos y la innovaci\u00f3n conjunta. Estas redes ayudan a impulsar la eficiencia operativa, crear nuevas oportunidades comerciales y mejorar la competitividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-11860\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/next4.png\" alt=\"next4\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" width=\"565\" height=\"335\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/next4.png 565w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/next4-300x178.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed, en lugar de comprar o arrendar infraestructura o activos costosos, las empresas pueden aprovechar las plataformas compartidas para acceder a espacios, edificios, bodegas, camiones, tiendas, equipos, f\u00e1bricas y hasta a inventarios compartidos, principalmente mediante pago por uso o suscripci\u00f3n. Este enfoque permite reducir significativamente los costos, particularmente para las empresas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que pueden no tener los recursos financieros para invertir en activos costosos. De esta manera, los modelos B2B tradicionales est\u00e1n siendo disrumpidos por ofertas basadas en suscripci\u00f3n y como servicio, lo que proporciona una mayor flexibilidad, escalabilidad, econom\u00eda y valor para los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar, adem\u00e1s, que este modelo compartido promueve la sostenibilidad, fomentando el uso eficiente de los recursos y reduciendo los residuos. Aquellas que ofrecen servicios de distribuci\u00f3n de \u00faltima milla, log\u00edstica como servicio (4PL), soluciones de gesti\u00f3n de inventario, de manufactura a demanda, de fulfillment as a service, retail as a service y servicios de transporte compartido, han capitalizado la creciente demanda de operaciones eficientes en la cadena de suministro.
