{"id":11880,"date":"2023-06-02T17:13:40","date_gmt":"2023-06-02T17:13:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2023\/06\/02\/empresas-taylor-realiza-talleres-para-gerentes-y-jefaturas-con-el-objetivo-de-promover-una-cultura-organizacional-basada-en-la-excelencia\/"},"modified":"2023-06-02T17:13:40","modified_gmt":"2023-06-02T17:13:40","slug":"empresas-taylor-realiza-talleres-para-gerentes-y-jefaturas-con-el-objetivo-de-promover-una-cultura-organizacional-basada-en-la-excelencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2023\/06\/02\/empresas-taylor-realiza-talleres-para-gerentes-y-jefaturas-con-el-objetivo-de-promover-una-cultura-organizacional-basada-en-la-excelencia\/","title":{"rendered":"EMPRESAS TAYLOR REALIZA TALLERES PARA GERENTES Y JEFATURAS CON EL OBJETIVO DE PROMOVER UNA CULTURA ORGANIZACIONAL BASADA EN LA EXCELENCIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante los meses de abril y mayo 2023 el equipo de Desarrollo Organizacional de Empresas Taylor realiz\u00f3 un importante taller de Gesti\u00f3n del Desempe\u00f1o en la Casa Matriz de la empresa en Valpara\u00edso, en el cual participaron Gerentes y Jefaturas de todas las \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actividad, que cont\u00f3 con la activa participaci\u00f3n del CEO de Empresas Taylor, Philipp von Meyenn, los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de adquirir herramientas y t\u00e9cnicas actualizadas en gesti\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o, con un enfoque en el Modelo de Competencias Conductuales, como tambi\u00e9n en temas de evaluaci\u00f3n de conductas esperadas, calibraci\u00f3n y retroalimentaci\u00f3n efectiva entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los puntos destacados del taller fue la promoci\u00f3n de un enfoque colaborativo en la gesti\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o, donde se incentiv\u00f3 la comunicaci\u00f3n abierta y honesta entre las Jefaturas y sus equipos, con el prop\u00f3sito de entregar un feedback de calidad y promover ambientes de trabajo positivos y motivadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El taller se llev\u00f3 a cabo en un contexto de un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n que involucrar\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos meses a todos los colaboradores de Chile, con el objetivo de promover una cultura organizacional basada en la excelencia, el desarrollo constante de habilidades y el cumplimiento de las competencias conductuales definidas para la empresa. Durante el 2024 se espera llegar al resto de las oficinas de Per\u00fa, Bolivia, Ecuador y Colombia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En palabras de Roc\u00edo Garrote, CPO de Empresas Taylor, \u00abestamos comprometidos con el crecimiento y desarrollo de nuestros equipos.
