En conversaci\u00f3n con Rolando Ramos, gerente funcional regional de Bechtel Global Logistics, se reconoce la importancia de la empat\u00eda en la relaci\u00f3n entre transporte, miner\u00eda y log\u00edstica como un factor diferenciador para enfrentar estos desaf\u00edos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que al fomentar la empat\u00eda se crea un entorno colaborativo en el que se promueve una comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva y un entendimiento mutuo entre los diferentes actores. Indiscutible es que la seguridad debe ser una prioridad en todas las etapas de la operaci\u00f3n minera, por lo tanto, es fundamental que los proveedores de log\u00edstica minera cuenten con la capacidad de adaptarse a los valores de seguridad y los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos de las empresas mandantes, integrando la cultura de seguridad en los procesos log\u00edsticos, promoviendo la capacitaci\u00f3n y conciencia sobre las mejores pr\u00e1cticas, implementando protocolos de seguridad y asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas aplicables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si de desaf\u00edos hablamos, otro que asoma es la Gesti\u00f3n Integral de la cadena de suministro, factor esencial para lograr eficiencia, reducir costos y riesgos en la industria minera. Esto implica la planificaci\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n, coordinaci\u00f3n integral y control de las actividades log\u00edsticas. Por su parte, los operadores log\u00edsticos desempe\u00f1an un papel clave, optimizando los contratos, reduciendo riesgos y costos, buscando constantemente mejoras y optimizaciones en la cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mirando la modernizaci\u00f3n de los procesos, la Digitalizaci\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro es un paso fundamental para optimizar los procesos log\u00edsticos. Proporciona una visi\u00f3n en tiempo real de las etapas involucradas, desde la planificaci\u00f3n, abastecimiento, almac\u00e9n y gesti\u00f3n de inventarios hasta la distribuci\u00f3n y entrega de los activos. Los sistemas de digitalizaci\u00f3n del proveedor log\u00edstico tienen el desaf\u00edo de facilitar la trazabilidad, el control y la reportabilidad de los servicios con foco en el cliente, mejorando la eficiencia y la toma de decisiones, as\u00ed como la colaboraci\u00f3n integrada entre los actores involucrados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el contexto actual, la Sostenibilidad Sustentable es un aspecto clave en la log\u00edstica minera, donde se busca abordar de manera integral los desaf\u00edos ambientales, sociales y econ\u00f3micos que enfrentamos en la actualidad. Lo anterior implica no s\u00f3lo preservar y proteger los recursos naturales, sino tambi\u00e9n considerar el bienestar de las comunidades y la equidad social, al tiempo que se promueve un desarrollo econ\u00f3mico sostenible. El desaf\u00edo para las empresas log\u00edsticas est\u00e1 en implementar pr\u00e1cticas log\u00edsticas ecoeficientes que busque equilibrar los aspectos econ\u00f3micos y ambientales al hacerlas sostenibles, considerando modelos de econom\u00eda circular y reduciendo su huella de carbono, donde pueden lograr beneficios econ\u00f3micos, sociales y ambientales con un enfoque hol\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la Diversidad Organizacional es otro de los aspectos claves para la miner\u00eda actual. Las empresas mineras est\u00e1n trabajando activamente para fomentar y desarrollar la diversidad organizacional en el \u00e1mbito log\u00edstico. Los proveedores log\u00edsticos est\u00e1n promoviendo entornos laborales m\u00e1s diversificados, lo que fomenta la innovaci\u00f3n, la toma de decisiones efectiva y las relaciones positivas con los clientes y las comunidades locales.
