Santiago, 26 de julio de 2023.-<\/strong> La r\u00e1pida aceleraci\u00f3n del e-commerce y la transformaci\u00f3n de los consumidores ha planteado a la log\u00edstica nuevos desaf\u00edos. La automatizaci\u00f3n hoy es un pilar fundamental tanto para los centros de distribuci\u00f3n como para las tiendas minoristas, ya que ante un mercado vertiginoso seguir innovando es vital.<\/p>\n

La automatizaci\u00f3n de las compa\u00f1\u00edas como la conoc\u00edamos hace algunos a\u00f1os cambi\u00f3, hoy en d\u00eda ha escalado hacia una tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s innovadora, certera y colaborativa como la rob\u00f3tica. Y si bien su implementaci\u00f3n ha sido lenta, en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os se evidencia una consolidaci\u00f3n y se espera que sea el futuro de la log\u00edstica en los pr\u00f3ximos.<\/p>\n

\u201cHay una diferencia entre automatizaci\u00f3n y rob\u00f3tica, y se basa principalmente en que esta \u00faltima permite una mayor flexibilidad y escalabilidad para las necesidades actuales y de corto plazo. Al mismo tiempo, su funcionamiento se dise\u00f1a acorde al crecimiento y evoluci\u00f3n real de las empresas, lo que facilita una r\u00e1pida adaptaci\u00f3n\u201d, explica Ignacio Orellana, Founder & Director at Sistemo.<\/p>\n

Si bien el mercado se enfrenta a incertidumbres no solo por la econom\u00eda local y global, sino tambi\u00e9n por los constantes cambios de consumo y pol\u00edticas del pa\u00eds, la adopci\u00f3n de la rob\u00f3tica va al alza y se ha convertido en un fen\u00f3meno global.<\/p>\n

\u201cDesde el punto de vista del riesgo, es dif\u00edcil para las compa\u00f1\u00edas comprometerse a inversiones r\u00edgidas y est\u00e1ticas que intenten cubrir necesidades con proyecci\u00f3n a mediano o largo plazo, ya que el mercado y el entorno es muy cambiante. Es as\u00ed como la rob\u00f3tica les permite mantener los m\u00e1rgenes e \u00edndices de crecimiento desde el punto de vista de los costos, brinda nuevos servicios a sus clientes y resguarda su posici\u00f3n en el mercado\u201d, asegura Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n

Al mismo tiempo, la rob\u00f3tica busca cubrir tareas estandarizadas y repetitivas que requieren mucho tiempo. Por ende, al momento de implementarla, las empresas pueden evidenciar inmediatamente sus beneficios como una aplicaci\u00f3n de costos efectiva, mayor informaci\u00f3n con anal\u00edtica mejorada para la toma de decisiones, realizar tareas exactas y evitar el error humano, derivando as\u00ed, en un aumento de la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente.<\/p>\n

Beneficios y crecimiento a gran escala
Esta tecnolog\u00eda, lejos de reemplazar a las personas, transforma el trabajo de los colaboradores a procesos m\u00e1s \u00e1giles, din\u00e1micos y econ\u00f3micos, generando un mejor ambiente de trabajo. Sobre todo hoy, donde se evidencia una escasez de personal por diversos factores, ya sea por la ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica de las bodegas o el tipo de tareas a desarrollar.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomos testigos de una alta rotaci\u00f3n de personas en la industria, por lo que el simple entrenamiento es clave para agilizar los procesos. La robotizaci\u00f3n permite realizar estas capacitaciones en corto plazo, de manera mucho m\u00e1s simple e intuitiva. De esta manera, las compa\u00f1\u00edas aseguran la continuidad operacional\u201d, comenta Navarrete.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de una buena capacitaci\u00f3n, la clave de esta tecnolog\u00eda no son solo los robots, sino tambi\u00e9n el software que utilizan las compa\u00f1\u00edas, y para ello el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de almacenes (WMS) ser\u00e1 clave.<\/p>\n

Para que este tipo de soluciones tengan \u00e9xito, las compa\u00f1\u00edas deben buscar la asesor\u00eda de especialistas que dise\u00f1en el espacio en que trabajar\u00e1n los robots, los procesos que realizar\u00e1n, los software que lo apoyar\u00e1n y acondicionar el almac\u00e9n para que sea totalmente automatizado. Adem\u00e1s, se necesitan buenos robots, red Wi-Fi y accesorios.<\/p>\n

\u201cLo fundamental para alcanzar el \u00e9xito, es contar con un partner que identifique y acompa\u00f1e cada una de las fases para avanzar en un proyecto de automatizaci\u00f3n. Para comenzar, las compa\u00f1\u00edas deben analizar el desarrollo de su negocio, luego el partner se encarga de dise\u00f1ar la soluci\u00f3n adecuada, instalarla, realizar la puesta en marcha y por supuesto, ocuparse del soporte y mantenci\u00f3n para finalmente analizar la producci\u00f3n y medir su eficiencia\u201d, indica Navarrete.<\/p>\n

La tecnolog\u00eda juega un papel vital para el aumento de la productividad de las empresas, la mejora de sus procesos productivos, la reducci\u00f3n de costos y llegar a sus clientes de forma m\u00e1s eficiente y r\u00e1pida. \u201cLa rob\u00f3tica complementar\u00e1 los procesos. Por m\u00e1s inteligencia artificial que apliquen las compa\u00f1\u00edas, siempre se requiere de mano de obra y los conocimientos del ser humano.
