Aprovechar espacios, redise\u00f1ar los m2 y aumentar la capacidad de los recintos son algunas de las ideas que se vienen a la mente cuando hablamos de densificar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mindugar, desde sus inicios, ha puesto foco en la densificaci\u00f3n como una de las formas de enfrentar los desaf\u00edos que hoy tiene la log\u00edstica nacional. Es aqu\u00ed donde entra en juego repensar el dise\u00f1o de un CD, apuntando a la maximizaci\u00f3n de los espacios, utilizaci\u00f3n de la altura de las bodegas, la reducci\u00f3n de pasillos, la elecci\u00f3n de gr\u00faas adecuadas para la operaci\u00f3n, la orientaci\u00f3n del pallet, el tipo de equipamiento, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante este panorama, Mindugar presenta distintas soluciones que apuntan a la densificaci\u00f3n de los espacios:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rack Selectivo, es la forma m\u00e1s b\u00e1sica de densificar y genera una alta productividad; Rack selectivo de doble profundidad es una soluci\u00f3n que genera un 50% de reducci\u00f3n de pasillos, bajo costo y opera bajo sistema LIFO; DriveIn\u00ae, en esta soluci\u00f3n la gr\u00faa se maneja dentro del rack, generando una reducci\u00f3n de los pasillos que alcanza hasta un 80%; PushBack\u00ae es una soluci\u00f3n que ofrece m\u00e1s selectividad que un DriveIn\u00ae con una reducci\u00f3n de pasillo cercana a un 75% en comparaci\u00f3n a Rack Selectivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n destacan soluciones como los Flow Rack, donde el ingreso es por detr\u00e1s del rack, dando mayor selectividad y permitiendo una reducci\u00f3n de los pasillos entre un 50 al 90 %; el Carro satelital semiautomatizado es una soluci\u00f3n con mayor tecnolog\u00eda, logrando niveles de throughput importantes, menor da\u00f1o a los productos y a los racks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, Mindugar destaca a AS\/RS como la soluci\u00f3n por excelencia para una m\u00e1xima densificaci\u00f3n.
