Esta iniciativa permitir\u00e1 fortalecer las habilidades de los j\u00f3venes en el manejo de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas cada vez m\u00e1s importantes en el campo laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn Drivin estamos conscientes de la importancia de la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico profesional para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social del pa\u00eds, donde los futuros trabajadores necesitar\u00e1n adquirir las competencias necesarias para enfrentarse a un escenario laboral cada vez m\u00e1s exigente y competitivo. Por ello cerramos una alianza estrat\u00e9gica con Chile Dual, que nos permitir\u00e1 capacitar a los estudiantes en el uso de la plataforma, de manera de fortalecer sus habilidades tecnol\u00f3gicas, favoreciendo as\u00ed su empleabilidad en una industria que avanza a pasos agigantados en hacer m\u00e1s eficientes sus procesos\u201d, explic\u00f3 Ernesto Goycoolea, CEO y Cofundador de Drivin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto piloto se realizar\u00e1 en tres establecimientos de la Regi\u00f3n Metropolitana, a trav\u00e9s de ocho m\u00f3dulos de clases presenciales, impartidas por Franco Ferrari, Business Owner de Drivin. Para el 2024 se busca escalar el programa a nivel nacional. Adem\u00e1s, existe un compromiso real de parte de Drivin por impulsar e incentivar a otras empresas a vincularse con la fundaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de los distintos programas: formaci\u00f3n dual, pasant\u00edas, pr\u00e1cticas profesionales, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Utilizar Drivin permite a las empresas, ya sean, grandes, medianas o peque\u00f1as, bajar hasta en 30% los costos operacionales, aumentar la entrega de productos en 25%, reducir en 20% los kil\u00f3metros recorridos, monitorear en tiempo real la flota y enviar notificaciones al cliente, entre otras ventajas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUno de los grandes problemas en el sector t\u00e9cnico es que la educaci\u00f3n se mueve m\u00e1s lento que los cambios tecnol\u00f3gicos que ocurren en esta industria.
