{"id":1278,"date":"2020-01-28T19:23:12","date_gmt":"2020-01-28T19:23:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/28\/inclusion-laboral-iti-incorpora-a-la-primera-mujer-operadora-de-naves-2\/"},"modified":"2020-01-28T19:23:12","modified_gmt":"2020-01-28T19:23:12","slug":"inclusion-laboral-iti-incorpora-a-la-primera-mujer-operadora-de-naves-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/28\/inclusion-laboral-iti-incorpora-a-la-primera-mujer-operadora-de-naves-2\/","title":{"rendered":"INCLUSI\u00d3N LABORAL: ITI INCORPORA A LA PRIMERA MUJER OPERADORA DE NAVES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iquique Terminal Internacional (ITI) incorpor\u00f3 a una mujer como operadora de naves, transform\u00e1ndose en un hito en los 20 a\u00f1os de existencia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y dentro del grupo de terminales portuarios de SAAM S.A.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata de la ingeniera en Transporte Mar\u00edtimo y Puerto Carolina N\u00fa\u00f1ez, quien ha desarrollado labores en el terminal concesionado como coordinadora de Servicios Operacionales y ahora, se le brind\u00f3 la posibilidad de desempe\u00f1arse como operadora de naves, funci\u00f3n donde tiene la responsabilidad de coordinar todas las tareas relacionadas con un buque, carga y descarga en puerto, personal, log\u00edstica, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su primer desaf\u00edo fue la atenci\u00f3n de la nave Sevillia, con la transferencia de casi 200 contenedores. \u201cHa sido un per\u00edodo de capacitaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n muy intenso. Estoy feliz por la oportunidad que me ha dado la empresa y orgullosa como mujer, pues es un avance sustantivo en t\u00e9rminos de paridad de g\u00e9nero en el \u00e1mbito portuario. Esta es una labor que hist\u00f3ricamente han realizado s\u00f3lo hombres y ahora se abre una tremenda ventana para que otras mujeres puedan incursionar en distintos trabajos operativos. En lo personal es un sue\u00f1o cumplido, pues siempre he deseado ser operadora de naves\u201d, dijo Carolina N\u00fa\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gerente del \u00c1rea de Personas, Juan Pablo Santib\u00e1\u00f1ez, resalt\u00f3 que la incorporaci\u00f3n es un aporte m\u00e1s para la paridad de g\u00e9nero que promueve ITI. \u201cNos sentimos orgullosos del logro alcanzado por nuestra colaboradora, pues marca un hito al interior de ITI y otros terminales portuarios. En nuestra empresa estamos trabajando en diversas iniciativas ligadas a la paridad de g\u00e9nero y una de ellas, justamente, se vincula con una mayor participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres.
