Sin embargo, esto no ser\u00eda posible sin automatizaci\u00f3n, inteligencia artificial y rob\u00f3tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sector minorista est\u00e1 evidenciando una transformaci\u00f3n en sus tiendas. Una de ellas es atraer al consumidor a trav\u00e9s de experiencias vers\u00e1tiles como la compra en l\u00ednea y retiro en tienda, esto con el objetivo de mantener los inventarios en l\u00ednea y al d\u00eda en un 99%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las tiendas de a poco han disminuido su tama\u00f1o mientras ponen a disposici\u00f3n productos con mayor rotaci\u00f3n, los cuales se est\u00e1n gestionando con rob\u00f3tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTecnolog\u00edas como la inteligencia artificial ya est\u00e1n a disposici\u00f3n del mercado y muchos proveedores la est\u00e1n implementando con el objetivo de tener sistemas que permitan administrar el despacho (c\u00f3mo, d\u00f3nde y cu\u00e1ndo). Adem\u00e1s, facilita la administraci\u00f3n de pedidos dentro del ecosistema de centros de distribuci\u00f3n, micro centros de distribuci\u00f3n, tiendas y dark stores\u201d, detalla Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, esta tecnolog\u00eda permite a las compa\u00f1\u00edas ver d\u00f3nde se encuentra su inventario y en funci\u00f3n de las compras y distancias, decidir d\u00f3nde enviar los productos para abastecer el negocio, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El picking y retiro en tienda ha ido mutando, si bien antes exist\u00eda una torre de despacho de productos que ven\u00edan desde el centro de distribuci\u00f3n, hoy son las tiendas las encargadas de abastecer. Por ende, tener inventarios al d\u00eda con tecnolog\u00edas de RFID y robots que realicen el picking es clave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLas tiendas ya est\u00e1n implementando rob\u00f3tica para resolver los procesos de manera sencilla y segura con el fin de consolidar los pedidos. Tambi\u00e9n veremos c\u00f3mo el autoservicio de retiro se consolidar\u00e1 y a trav\u00e9s de un robot los consumidores podr\u00e1n retirar sus productos \u00e1gilmente\u201d, explica Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expectativas y transformaciones del comercio<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante consumidores exigentes y digitalizados, las compa\u00f1\u00edas deben transparentar al consumidor qu\u00e9 hay detr\u00e1s de su compra, es decir, con la implementaci\u00f3n de rob\u00f3tica, pueden demostrar que esta tecnolog\u00eda realiza sus pedidos de manera mucho m\u00e1s \u00e1gil al seleccionar sus productos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn cuanto a las tiendas f\u00edsicas, veremos una transformaci\u00f3n fuerte. Se espera que sean convertidas en mini bodegas o dark stores, donde, a trav\u00e9s de robots, podr\u00e1n renovar, hacer picking y despachar proactivamente los productos. Esta tendencia es una realidad, el sector se debe enfocar en reconvertir sus tiendas a un formato h\u00edbrido, de lo contrario, se quedar\u00e1n atr\u00e1s\u201d, asegura Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pese a las turbulencias del comercio en los \u00faltimos meses, producto de una incertidumbre econ\u00f3mica e inflaci\u00f3n, el retail seguir\u00e1 creciendo. Y para alcanzar la eficiencia, despachos r\u00e1pidos y experiencias de calidad, deben reinventarse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTodav\u00eda evidenciamos una problem\u00e1tica en cuanto a centros de distribuci\u00f3n, principalmente porque estos se encuentran fuera del radio c\u00e9ntrico de las regiones y los consumidores quieren recibir sus productos lo antes posible. Para ello, tendr\u00e1n que crear microcentros o dark stores que despachen r\u00e1pidamente con el apoyo de tecnolog\u00edas de RFID con inteligencia artificial y rob\u00f3tica\u201d, concluye Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sector log\u00edstico evoluciona constantemente y se adapta a las tendencias y necesidades del momento.
