Es por ello que el comercio debe asumir nuevos retos para enfrentar las constantes fluctuaciones del mercado y exigencias del consumidor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las expectativas no son bajas dado a que, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccs.cl\/2022\/10\/07\/cybermonday-2022-cerro-con-cerca-de-us-400-millones\/#:~:text=De%20acuerdo%20con%20un%20an%C3%A1lisis,habr%C3%ADan%20superado%20los%204%20millones.\">seg\u00fan la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Santiago (CCS)<\/a>, el \u00faltimo Cyber Monday de 2022 alcanz\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 4 millones de transacciones, equivalente a 399 millones de d\u00f3lares, superando en un 7% el mismo evento de 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ciertamente, la log\u00edstica este 2023 ha tenido que sortear una serie de pruebas para mantener su productividad y sus ventas debido a los vaivenes de la econom\u00eda y la paralizaci\u00f3n de algunos puertos o alza de costes mar\u00edtimos y a\u00e9reos. Sin embargo, si hay algo que debe cambiar a favor, es la calidad de los servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCada a\u00f1o nos enfrentamos a consumidores m\u00e1s exigentes, m\u00e1s demandantes y con mayores expectativas en sus experiencias de compra. A medida que la tecnolog\u00eda avanza e impacta el sector, los servicios deben ser m\u00e1s precisos, certeros y eficientes para adaptarse a estos cambios y el constante empoderamiento del cliente phygital\u201d, explica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/leonardo-navarrete-ahumada\/\">Leonardo Navarrete<\/a>, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por ello que, adem\u00e1s de anticipar la demanda y surtir los almacenes con el stock necesario, las empresas pueden agilizar sus procesos de inicio a fin con diversas tecnolog\u00edas como RFID, la cual le facilitar\u00e1 el etiquetado y selecci\u00f3n de productos, pick to light para el armado de pedidos de forma eficiente, WMS para gestionar los almacenes o rob\u00f3tica para apoyar el trabajo del colaborador con m\u00e1xima rapidez y libre de errores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Predicci\u00f3n, productividad y experiencias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez que el consumidor realiza su compra, los almacenes comienzan a trabajar a toda m\u00e1quina para realizar el empaquetado lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible y luego despachar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y para conseguirlo, deben tener el stock suficiente, es por ello que las compa\u00f1\u00edas deben agilizar sus proyecciones con plataformas en l\u00ednea que les permitir\u00e1n realizar estimaciones de demanda basados en modelos matem\u00e1ticos alineados con las ventas hist\u00f3ricas para ajustarse a la demanda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cActualmente evidenciamos un mayor compromiso del comercio con la tecnolog\u00eda, ya que los resultados han sido muy satisfactorios y sirven para solucionar y mejorar una serie de procesos internos de las empresas. De hecho, sin duda en los pr\u00f3ximos meses veremos c\u00f3mo aterriza la rob\u00f3tica para cumplir con los objetivos de armado de paquetes, entrada y salida del almac\u00e9n y proactividad del colaborador\u201d, se\u00f1ala Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al mismo tiempo, la \u00faltima milla es clave y lo que definir\u00e1 si el servicio en su totalidad fue efectivo en un 100%. Esto, principalmente porque hoy los consumidores privilegian a las compa\u00f1\u00edas que realizan despachos r\u00e1pidos y con disponibilidad de horarios que se ajusten a sus necesidades, adem\u00e1s de un seguimiento en tiempo real para asegurarse de que sus productos llegar\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa tecnolog\u00eda seguir\u00e1 evolucionando para mejorar las operaciones del futuro. Aquellas empresas que opten por no invertir en innovaci\u00f3n, probablemente queden fuera de la competencia.
