{"id":1289,"date":"2020-01-28T19:42:39","date_gmt":"2020-01-28T19:42:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/28\/pti-plataforma-logistica-de-corfo-define-avances-y-desafios-para-el-2020\/"},"modified":"2020-01-28T19:42:39","modified_gmt":"2020-01-28T19:42:39","slug":"pti-plataforma-logistica-de-corfo-define-avances-y-desafios-para-el-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/28\/pti-plataforma-logistica-de-corfo-define-avances-y-desafios-para-el-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"PTI PLATAFORMA LOG\u00cdSTICA DE CORFO DEFINE AVANCES Y DESAF\u00cdOS PARA EL 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Capital Humano, Infraestructura Habilitante y Gesti\u00f3n de Negocios fueron los temas abordados en las tres mesas t\u00e9cnicas realizadas por el programa de Corfo, en las que participaron diferentes actores regionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En diciembre, el Programa Territorial Integrado (PTI) Plataforma Log\u00edstica de Corfo dio a conocer sus avances y desaf\u00edos en diferentes materias para la mitad de su segundo a\u00f1o en ejecuci\u00f3n 2020, a trav\u00e9s de tres mesas t\u00e9cnicas donde participaron miembros del sector p\u00fablico, privado y acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBuscamos posicionar la segunda regi\u00f3n como una plataforma de servicios log\u00edsticos hacia el comercio exterior. Es por esto que, a trav\u00e9s de este programa, realizamos mesas para exponer las fallas presentes en diferentes sectores productivos y discutir las herramientas colaborativas que ayuden en la mejora de estas falencias\u201d, expres\u00f3 Luis Alberto Gaete, Director de Corfo Antofagasta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CAPITAL HUMANO<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre las principales brechas que se analizaron, est\u00e1 la inexistencia de carreras profesionales o t\u00e9cnicas en materia de Log\u00edstica y Comercio Internacional. Hoy existen carreras en Santiago, Arica y Concepci\u00f3n vinculadas en esta \u00e1rea, tales como T\u00e9cnico en Log\u00edstica Mar\u00edtima Portuaria, T\u00e9cnico de Comercio Exterior y T\u00e9cnico Transporte Mar\u00edtimo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bajo el marco regional y como hito, la Universidad de Antofagasta dio a conocer que para el 2020 la carrera T\u00e9cnico Nivel Superior Log\u00edstico, lo que significa un avance regional se suma importancia en esta materia, ya que, seg\u00fan lo comentado en la Mesa Capital Humano, las carreras vinculadas a la log\u00edstica en diferentes instituciones han tenido que ser descontinuadas por el bajo conocimiento de estas mismas. Para esto se plante\u00f3 un plan de avance por parte de las instituciones educativas regionales y el sector privado, con el objetivo de superar esta brecha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otras de las problem\u00e1ticas abordadas respecto a capital humano, fue el d\u00e9ficit de mano de obra especializada en temas aduaneros; despachantes de aduanas, agentes de transporte y aduaneros, entre otros; adem\u00e1s de la ausencia del personal calificado en econom\u00eda internacional, comercio exterior y log\u00edstica dentro de la segunda regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sobre esto, Ram\u00f3n Luis Mu\u00f1oz, Gerente del PTI Plataforma Log\u00edstica de Corfo, mencion\u00f3 que \u201clas mesas que realizamos buscan identificar y luego trabajar para minimizar las brechas que se deben resolver en la regi\u00f3n, para tener una plataforma de servicios log\u00edsticos eficiente y eficaz que permita gestionar las cargas internacionales del corredor Bioce\u00e1nico Tr\u00f3pico de Capricornio, Zicosur, que van con destino hacia y desde Asia Pac\u00edfico con APEC\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">INFRAESTRUCTURA HABILITANTE<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, seg\u00fan lo planteado en materias de Infraestructura Habilitante, se dio a conocer que, si bien se dispone de una plataforma de log\u00edstica regional, \u00e9sta ha sido construida sobre la base de una vocaci\u00f3n productiva de tipo minero, por lo que se requiere escalarla a una infraestructura m\u00e1s inteligente para aumentar la diversificaci\u00f3n de esta, dada su importancia en el comercio internacional de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, no todo es negativo, existe tambi\u00e9n la iniciativa \u201cCorredor Ferroviario de Carga Regi\u00f3n de Antofagasta\u201d presentada en el marco de la Ley de Concesiones de Obras P\u00fablicas y vendr\u00eda a complementar la infraestructura habilitante actual. \u00c9sta consiste en la construcci\u00f3n, mantenci\u00f3n y explotaci\u00f3n de una nueva v\u00eda f\u00e9rrea de carga entre las comunas de Calama, Sierra Gorda, Antofagasta y Mejillones, con una extensi\u00f3n de 290 km, adem\u00e1s de entregar servicio de transporte ferroviario de carga de miner\u00eda met\u00e1lica y no met\u00e1lica de la segunda regi\u00f3n; esto en materia de intensidad y carga de tr\u00e1nsito, avance que tiene contemplado su t\u00e9rmino el 2037.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.logistecshow.cl\/index.php\/tickets\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/slide_home_logistec.gif\" alt=\"slide home logistec\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Capital Humano, Infraestructura Habilitante y Gesti\u00f3n de Negocios fueron los temas abordados en las tres mesas t\u00e9cnicas realizadas por el programa de Corfo, en las que participaron diferentes actores regionales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1287,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"jnews-multi-image_gallery":[],"jnews_single_post":[],"jnews_primary_category":[],"jnews_social_meta":[],"jnews_override_counter":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[12],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1289","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias-industria"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
