Cuenta con 3 sedes en Catalunya, ubicadas en Sallent, Palau Solit\u00e0 i Plegamans y Castellbisbal sumando 94.500 m2 de superficie destinada al almacenamiento, gestionando m\u00e1s de 1,6M de referencias y con capacidad de procesar m\u00e1s de 29.500 l\u00edneas por d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El valor diferencial de ESBO es la flexibilidad tanto operativa como funcional, los cuales se ven incrementados por la implantaci\u00f3n de EXOTEC a su cadena de suministro. ESBO es el primer operador log\u00edstico en utilizar dicho sistema robotizado de automatizaci\u00f3n para la preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos, disponiendo 240.000 ubicaciones con esta tecnolog\u00eda en el centro log\u00edstico de Sallent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los 48 robots son los encargados de trasladar de forma autom\u00e1tica el producto hasta el operario, eliminando los recorridos del personal y aumentando la productividad de preparaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n permite optimizar de forma sustancial el espacio necesario para la operativa de picking, reduciendo la necesidad de suelo en un 75%.
