La adquisici\u00f3n se concretar\u00e1 mediante una combinaci\u00f3n de aumento de capital y compra de acciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intertug tiene m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os de experiencia entregando servicios de remolque portuario, servicios offshore y servicios especiales en Colombia, M\u00e9xico y Centroam\u00e9rica. Cuenta con una flota de 25 embarcaciones, realiza m\u00e1s de 18.000 faenas al a\u00f1o, generando ventas anuales por servicios de remolcadores por cerca de US$44 millones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa sociedad con Intertug nos permite entrar a Colombia, una de las econom\u00edas de mayor crecimiento en Latinoam\u00e9rica, y reforzar nuestra presencia en M\u00e9xico y Centroam\u00e9rica\u201d, dijo el gerente general de SAAM, Macario Vald\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adicionalmente el ejecutivo destac\u00f3: \u201cEsta transacci\u00f3n es consistente con nuestra estrategia de crecimiento e internacionalizaci\u00f3n y se complementa con la adquisici\u00f3n del 100% de las operaciones en Canad\u00e1, M\u00e9xico, Brasil y Panam\u00e1 y el recientemente anunciado ingreso a El Salvador. As\u00ed, continuaremos potenciando el servicio a nuestros clientes a trav\u00e9s de la integraci\u00f3n del modelo operacional \u00fanico y amplia cobertura de SAAM Towage con la reconocida experiencia en el mercado local de nuestros socios\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SAAM Towage contin\u00faa consolid\u00e1ndose como el mayor operador de remolcadores en Am\u00e9rica y uno de los principales a nivel global; con esta compra tendr\u00e1 presencia en 11 pa\u00edses y una flota de m\u00e1s de 170 remolcadores.
