{"id":13117,"date":"2023-10-16T18:39:24","date_gmt":"2023-10-16T18:39:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/16\/data-de-gps-chile-contribuye-al-proyecto-caracterizacion-del-transporte-de-carga-en-ciudades\/"},"modified":"2025-11-07T10:32:05","modified_gmt":"2025-11-07T14:32:05","slug":"data-de-gps-chile-contribuye-al-proyecto-caracterizacion-del-transporte-de-carga-en-ciudades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/16\/data-de-gps-chile-contribuye-al-proyecto-caracterizacion-del-transporte-de-carga-en-ciudades\/","title":{"rendered":"DATA DE GPS CHILE CONTRIBUYE AL PROYECTO  \u00abCARACTERIZACI\u00d3N DEL TRANSPORTE DE CARGA EN CIUDADES\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>El proyecto de \u00abCaracterizaci\u00f3n del transporte de carga en ciudades\u00bb ya se encuentra en su etapa final, la cual busca la consolidaci\u00f3n y escalamiento de la soluci\u00f3n a otras ciudades y pa\u00edses, para caracterizar el movimiento de los veh\u00edculos de carga en el contexto urbano.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco del concurso <strong>\u201cRetos de Innovaci\u00f3n de Inter\u00e9s P\u00fablico: Caracterizaci\u00f3n del Transporte de carga en zonas urbanas\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 presentado en conjunto por el Ministerio de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones, el Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda, Conocimiento e Innovaci\u00f3n y el Laboratorio de Gobierno, el a\u00f1o 2021, patrocinado por CORFO \u2013 Conciencia Log\u00edstica y el Centro de Transporte y Log\u00edstica (CTL) de la UNAB, trabajan en conjunto con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/gps-chile-s.a.\/\"><strong>GPS Chile<\/strong><\/a>, entre otras empresas, en un sistema que permitir\u00e1 a nuestro pa\u00eds tener un transporte de calidad, seguro y sustentable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar una propuesta mediante la integraci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas que capturen informaci\u00f3n de alta precisi\u00f3n del movimiento de camiones, identifique su comportamiento y prediga sus din\u00e1micas, permitiendo desarrollar y dar soporte al concepto de \u201cciudad inteligente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUn territorio va a ser m\u00e1s inteligente desde la perspectiva log\u00edstica cuando comprenda mejor c\u00f3mo se mueven los camiones, en qu\u00e9 horario, d\u00f3nde concentran sus detenciones, a qu\u00e9 velocidades o d\u00f3nde provocan congesti\u00f3n, para planificar mejor su infraestructura o sus herramientas de gesti\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico en las ciudades\u201d, se\u00f1ala <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/julio-villalobos-contreras-a8856a150\/\">Julio Villalobos, director del CTL<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">GPS Chile, es una de las empresas involucradas en este, gracias a sus m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia la integraci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas que permiten acceder a informaci\u00f3n de valor. Al respecto, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mario-yanez\/\">Mario Y\u00e1\u00f1ez, gerente general de GPS Chile <\/a>se\u00f1ala: \u201cPara nosotros es muy importante ser parte de este proyecto; contamos con m\u00e1s 40 mil veh\u00edculos de carga monitoreados a lo largo de todo Chile y sabemos que la tecnolog\u00eda integrada permite obtener informaci\u00f3n en tiempo real y que las empresas sean m\u00e1s eficientes, sostenibles y productivas, y este estudio requiere de data precisa, que proveemos de manera an\u00f3nima.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, la evoluci\u00f3n que ha tenido la tecnolog\u00eda del GPS, sensores, c\u00e1maras, o soluciones de asistencia al conductor (ADAS), entre otros, permite que los dispositivos tengan m\u00e1s memoria, mayor capacidad de procesamiento y rapidez, lo que posibilita un an\u00e1lisis muy valioso a la hora de evitar accidentes, optimizar rutas y disminuir el consumo de combustible y la huella de carbono.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la etapa final, este proyecto, que debiese finalizar en marzo 2024, busca extender sus servicios y su alcance a m\u00e1s regiones.
