Mientras que <strong>Pricing<\/strong>, tambie\u0301n fundada por Juan Carlos Ferrer pero en 2006, teni\u0301a su objetivo en el modelamiento del comportamiento de los consumidores para generar proyecciones de demanda y con ello, optimizar poli\u0301ticas de inventario y de fijacio\u0301n de precios dentro de una organizacio\u0301n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dado que ambas empresas prestaban servicios en las distintas a\u0301reas de la cadena logi\u0301stica, el an\u0303o 2020 surgio\u0301 la idea de generar la fusio\u0301n entre ambas compan\u0303i\u0301as, dando origen a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/theoptimalpartner\/\"><strong>The Optimal.<\/strong><\/a> Su CEO, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/francisco-hornauer-b2bbb043\/\"><strong>Francisco Hornauer<\/strong><\/a>, Ingeniero Civil Industrial de la PUC, lo explica asi\u0301: \u201cLuego de una reunio\u0301n junto a Juan Carlos Ferrer y Ricardo Giesen, llego\u0301 el momento de tomar una decisio\u0301n sobre que\u0301 hacer entre ambas compan\u0303i\u0301as y no hubo duda alguna en que el mejor camino era fusionar ambas empresas, debido a la sinergia evidente entre los servicios que prestan, y adema\u0301s por el potencial enorme que existe de complementariedad de sus servicios\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fusio\u0301n, que finalmente se termino\u0301 de concretar este 2023, busca que sus clientes encuentren en The Optimal un socio estrate\u0301gico que, como lo dice en parte su nombre, los ayude a alcanzar un o\u0301ptimo global de sus cadenas logi\u0301sticas, asi\u0301 lo define Francisco Hornauer, quien destaca que \u201cesta fusio\u0301n entre Pricing y Routing, se genera precisamente por la complementariedad y unio\u0301n de los servicios de ambos. Desde todo lo que ocurre en el centro de distribucio\u0301n, hasta una eficiente ruta de entrega. Dicho de otra forma, <strong>Ofrecemos un servicio integral y tecnolo\u0301gico, end to end, en la cadena logi\u0301stica completa, generando ahorros y mejorando el nivel de servicio de nuestros clientes. <\/strong>Entonces nos hizo todo sentido avanzar hacia esta fusio\u0301n que se concreto\u0301 este an\u0303o exitosamente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsta unio\u0301n que da origen a The Optimal, responde a las necesidades de las diversas industrias y todos los procesos que se atraviesan a trave\u0301s de la cadena logi\u0301stica.
