En el marco de una modernizaci\u00f3n integral, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/ohra.regalanlagen\/\">OHRA<\/a> sustituy\u00f3 las piezas mec\u00e1nicas deterioradas de las bases m\u00f3viles transversales y moderniz\u00f3 el conjunto del sistema el\u00e9ctrico. El reequipamiento garantiza que la planta siga funcionando con un alto nivel de disponibilidad en el futuro, de modo que thyssenkrupp Materials pueda seguir suministrando mercanc\u00edas a sus clientes de forma fiable y puntual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Piezas de recambio no disponibles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary es una de las principales empresas comerciales de acero, metales ligeros, metales no ferrosos y materiales pl\u00e1sticos de Hungr\u00eda. Para tener acceso directo a un gran n\u00famero de bobinas de chapa diferentes con una gran capacidad de almacenamiento, la empresa instal\u00f3 en 2005 estanter\u00edas de pallets montadas sobre bases m\u00f3viles transversales. Pero tras 17 a\u00f1os en servicio, el suministro de piezas de repuesto resulta cada vez m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil. Numerosos componentes del sistema de control y conmutaci\u00f3n de las estanter\u00edas m\u00f3viles estaban descatalogados o ya no estaban disponibles. Sin embargo, como la estructura de acero segu\u00eda cumpliendo todos los requisitos, Thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary decidi\u00f3 modernizar la planta. Dado que <strong>OHRA<\/strong> ya hab\u00eda planificado e instalado un sistema de estanter\u00edas cantil\u00e9ver m\u00f3viles en thyssenkrupp Materials Hungary, el especialista en tecnolog\u00eda de almacenamiento para cargas pesadas tambi\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 el encargo de modernizar el sistema de estanter\u00edas m\u00f3viles para bobinas, aunque en aquel momento este hab\u00eda sido instalado por un proveedor externo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Armarios de control completamente nuevos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una primera fase, <strong>OHRA<\/strong> sustituy\u00f3 todas las ruedas y los cojinetes, un total de 560, de las bases m\u00f3viles. En una segunda fase, se renovaron por completo los armarios de control de la planta, incluido el cableado; mientras tanto, se hab\u00edan instalado componentes obsoletos para los que ya no se dispon\u00eda ni de piezas de repuesto ni de servicio t\u00e9cnico. En la actualidad, todas las funciones y diagn\u00f3sticos se controlan a trav\u00e9s de una intuitiva pantalla t\u00e1ctil en color. Una funci\u00f3n de arranque suave garantiza ahora un arranque y frenado suaves de las bases m\u00f3viles, lo que reduce el desgaste y protege la mercanc\u00eda almacenada. Para seguir cumpliendo los requisitos de seguridad, tambi\u00e9n se actualiz\u00f3 el sistema de seguridad. Entre otras cosas, todo el bloque de estanter\u00edas y cada base m\u00f3vil se equiparon con sensores \u00f3pticos de autocontrol en la parte delantera y trasera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Seguro y fiable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las amplias medidas de modernizaci\u00f3n se completaron en dos semanas. Mediante la modernizaci\u00f3n, OHRA ha garantizado que el sistema de estanter\u00edas m\u00f3viles pueda prestar su servicio de forma fiable durante muchos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s.
