Este evento hist\u00f3rico reuni\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 50 mujeres l\u00edderes de toda Latinoam\u00e9rica, quienes forman parte de WINS, asociaci\u00f3n comprometida con el empoderamiento de las mujeres en la cadena de suministro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde Chile, contamos con la destacada participaci\u00f3n de Javiera Vera, presidenta de WINS CHILE, Anaiza Pusic, representante de la directiva, y Evelyn Hanus, en representaci\u00f3n de las socias. Adem\u00e1s, diversas delegaciones se unieron al encuentro, junto con las presidentas de WINS en Per\u00fa, Colombia, Ecuador y Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La experiencia comenz\u00f3 con una enriquecedora visita a la UMIP, donde exploramos la principal ruta de conexi\u00f3n en el lado Pac\u00edfico: el ic\u00f3nico Puente de las Am\u00e9ricas. Continuamos nuestro recorrido en el moderno puerto de Balboa, con una fascinante exposici\u00f3n sobre su historia y funcionamiento. Avanzamos hacia Panam\u00e1 Pac\u00edfico para sumergirnos en la estrategia 2030 de desarrollo de infraestructura y culminamos el d\u00eda en BP Logistics, donde presenciamos de cerca la operaci\u00f3n de la zona especial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el segundo d\u00eda, exploramos el lado Atl\u00e1ntico con exposiciones de las principales autoridades gubernamentales y privadas de Col\u00f3n, sumergi\u00e9ndonos en la din\u00e1mica de esta zona libre. El d\u00eda concluy\u00f3 en Agua Clara, la esclusa del Canal de Panam\u00e1, donde las participantes vivieron en primera persona el paso de la nave APL Quindao.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El \u00faltimo d\u00eda fue un encuentro con figuras clave de la econom\u00eda local, incluyendo a Ilya Marotta y Giomar Gonz\u00e1lez, mujeres cuya contribuci\u00f3n ha impulsado el avance y desarrollo de Panam\u00e1, convirti\u00e9ndolo en un destacado hub log\u00edstico en Sudam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este evento no solo marc\u00f3 un hito en la historia de la log\u00edstica, sino que tambi\u00e9n demostr\u00f3 el impacto significativo que las mujeres tienen en esta industria. Estamos emocionadas por el futuro y anticipamos una mayor convocatoria para el 2do Congreso, programado para el 2024 en Colombia.
