En ese sentido, la industria salmonera no se queda atr\u00e1s, ya que representa una actividad muy importante en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estar a la vanguardia es fundamental, puesto que a medida que crece la cr\u00eda y producci\u00f3n, la demanda para las cadenas de suministro aumenta, principalmente porque, al tratarse de productos alimenticios, el cuidado y mantenci\u00f3n de los productos debe ser exclusivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa gesti\u00f3n es clave, es por ello que las empresas deben contar con sistemas que se adapten a las diversas necesidades de este rubro. Y para conseguirlo, la integraci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas es pr\u00e1cticamente obligatoria, ya que ayuda a predecir, monitorear y realizar entregas a tiempo. Por esta raz\u00f3n es tan importante considerar e invertir tecnolog\u00edas log\u00edsticas que cubran esos procesos\u201d, explica Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a soluciones, hay una serie de caracter\u00edsticas que las empresas del mundo salmonero deben analizar y adoptar seg\u00fan sus requerimientos. Para ello, STG te explica las m\u00e1s importantes para lograr una cadena de suministro efectiva:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Planificaci\u00f3n de demanda. <\/strong>Si bien esta industria funciona a trav\u00e9s de la cr\u00eda de salmones en espacios exclusivamente dise\u00f1ados para ello, pueden existir temporadas en que la demanda aumente y es primordial tener claridad de los tiempos de producci\u00f3n, venta y distribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de una soluci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica que utiliza datos hist\u00f3ricos y tendencias del mercado, las empresas pueden prever la demanda futura de productos y ajustar sus operaciones en consecuencia para evitar escasez o exceso de inventario (salmones en este caso), evitando p\u00e9rdidas y garantizando un flujo constante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al mismo tiempo, existir\u00e1 mayor agilidad en la toma de decisiones debido a las fluctuaciones en la demanda, mayor competitividad en el mercado y una optimizaci\u00f3n en la cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Precisi\u00f3n en la codificaci\u00f3n, etiquetado y marcaje. <\/strong>Al contar con esta soluci\u00f3n, las compa\u00f1\u00edas tienen el poder de imprimir informaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica en productos y envases, en este caso la fecha de elaboraci\u00f3n, expiraci\u00f3n, lote y condiciones de almacenamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta manera, garantiza la trazabilidad y calidad del producto. Al referirnos a alimentos, las soluciones de codificaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser permiten marcar los paquetes con datos vitales, garantizando la seguridad alimentaria, cumpliendo tambi\u00e9n las regulaciones,evitando as\u00ed sanciones y mejorando la reputaci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Planificaci\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n de rutas. <\/strong>Al contar con un sistema de gesti\u00f3n del transporte (TMS), las empresas podr\u00e1n planificar y optimizar sus rutas para la entrega de productos, reduciendo costos y mejorando los tiempos de entrega ya que garantiza la entrega eficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, reduce costos de transporte y combustible, mejora la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, ofrece una mayor visibilidad del rendimiento de la flota, reduce las emisiones de carbono y huella ambiental y cumple con las regulaciones y est\u00e1ndares de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Entregas finales eficientes. <\/strong>Las soluciones dirigidas a la \u00faltima milla son cruciales para la entrega de productos y servicios, ya que garantiza que los repartidores lleguen a destino \u00e1gilmente, minimizando los tiempos de viaje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una industria altamente competitiva y relevante como la salmonicultura, esta caracter\u00edstica es vital, pero tambi\u00e9n lo es para los distribuidores.
