El fabricante de casetas de jard\u00edn opt\u00f3 por los sistemas de estanter\u00edas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/ohra.regalanlagen\/\"><strong>OHRA<\/strong><\/a>. En tan solo dos semanas, el especialista en estanter\u00edas para cargas pesadas instal\u00f3 un volumen de acero equivalente a seis camiones completamente cargados, lo que dio como resultado un sistema de estanter\u00edas con 390 metros de estanter\u00edas cantil\u00e9ver y espacio de almacenamiento para 1.422 pal\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u00e1s eficiencia y capacidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes, los art\u00edculos en existencias -toldos, casetas de jard\u00edn, ventanas y puertas y hasta paredes correderas de cristal y madera- se almacenaban en ubicaciones descentralizadas. El proceso de recogida requer\u00eda mucho tiempo y mano de obra, y el almacenamiento ocupaba una superficie relativamente grande debido a la escasa altura de las anteriores estanter\u00edas. Sin embargo, la eficacia y la capacidad de almacenamiento de los almacenes anteriores hab\u00edan llegado a su l\u00edmite, habida cuenta de la positiva evoluci\u00f3n del negocio de Trendhout. Por ello, la empresa decidi\u00f3 construir un nuevo centro log\u00edstico en Hattemerbroek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Disposici\u00f3n personalizada del sistema<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trendhout encarg\u00f3 a OHRA, uno de los l\u00edderes del mercado europeo de estanter\u00edas para cargas pesadas desde hace m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os, la realizaci\u00f3n del sistema de estanter\u00edas para el nuevo centro log\u00edstico. En estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con Trendhout, los expertos en log\u00edstica de OHRA desarrollaron una disposici\u00f3n que maximizaba la capacidad de almacenamiento en el espacio disponible. El resultado fue una combinaci\u00f3n de estanter\u00edas cantil\u00e9ver y de pal\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gran aprovechamiento de la superficie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El dise\u00f1o como almac\u00e9n de pasillo estrecho consigue un alto grado de aprovechamiento del espacio, mientras que los ra\u00edles gu\u00eda de los pies de las estanter\u00edas facilitan las maniobras de las carretillas elevadoras en los pasillos.
