{"id":1399,"date":"2020-01-29T19:50:56","date_gmt":"2020-01-29T19:50:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/29\/transporte-logistico-como-un-organismo-vivo-4\/"},"modified":"2020-01-29T19:50:56","modified_gmt":"2020-01-29T19:50:56","slug":"transporte-logistico-como-un-organismo-vivo-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/29\/transporte-logistico-como-un-organismo-vivo-4\/","title":{"rendered":"TRANSPORTE LOG\u00cdSTICO COMO UN ORGANISMO VIVO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para que un organismo complejo se mantenga sano y vivo, es necesario que la sangre llegue a cada uno de los \u00f3rganos, tejidos y zonas del cuerpo, para entregarles el ox\u00edgeno retirando el di\u00f3xido de carbono permitiendo la mantenci\u00f3n de un ciclo vital de oxigenaci\u00f3n y energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cualquier \u201carteria\u201d tapada que impida que la sangre llegue a donde debe producir\u00e1 graves problemas causando la muerte de esa zona del cuerpo. De acuerdo a esta analog\u00eda, es muy f\u00e1cil imaginarse una ciudad como uno de esos organismos, dado que ambos requieren un \u201cflujo vital\u201d para mantenerse funcionando. Los procesos de distribuci\u00f3n, reparto, reabastecimiento, reposici\u00f3n, log\u00edstica inversa y entrega de \u00faltima milla son el equivalente a la sangre fluyendo con normalidad, mientras que los veh\u00edculos involucrados (camiones, camionetas, furgones, bicicletas, y mensajeros) son el equivalente a los gl\u00f3bulos rojos que transportan el ox\u00edgeno de ida y el di\u00f3xido de carbono de vuelta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual forma que sucede en un organismo, cualquiera de esos procesos que se vea interrumpido va a causar traumas, da\u00f1os y potencialmente la muerte de la zona afectada, ya sea porque no llegan los productos frescos o nuevos (el ox\u00edgeno) o porque no pueden ser retirados los vencidos o antiguos (el di\u00f3xido de carbono), obligando a los consumidores a prescindir de algunos de esos productos o a desplazarse a otras zonas de la ciudad en donde si puedan obtenerlos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La serie de eventos observados durante los \u00faltimos meses en nuestro pa\u00eds han generado distintos traumas en estos procesos de abastecimiento de las personas, ya sea por la cantidad de locales destruidos, cerrados, con horario reducido y por los robos, asaltos, incendios o destrucci\u00f3n de los camiones de reparto, impidiendo el \u201cflujo continuo\u201d o normal de los productos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas situaciones han afectado fuertemente al comercio, compuesto por empresas de todos los tama\u00f1os y, adem\u00e1s a sus empleados, por no poder satisfacer la demanda de los consumidores. Por otro lado la din\u00e1mica vial de la ciudad ha sufrido alteraciones por el alto flujo de personas, que se ha desplazado m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo necesario para poder obtener lo que no pudieron en la zona donde habitualmente se abastecen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adicionalmente, los hechos delictuales de los que hemos sido testigos, como saqueos y robos de camiones en las rutas de distribuci\u00f3n de la carga, no solo han puesto en peligro al personal (como choferes y peonetas), sino que adem\u00e1s se debe considerar el destino de las especies robadas que ser\u00e1n comercializadas en el mercado negro, generando p\u00e9rdidas sustanciales a las empresas de todos tama\u00f1os de la cadena log\u00edstica, ya sean fabricantes, distribuidores o comerciantes minoristas y teniendo especial cuidado en el caso de los alimentos refrigerados o congelados, que muy probablemente han interrumpido su cadena de fr\u00edo en medio del conflicto, pudiendo generar problemas de salud a quienes los consuman m\u00e1s adelante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por estos motivos, tenemos la responsabilidad, como actores en la log\u00edstica nacional, de apoyar a distribuidores y consumidores, contribuyendo con el desarrollo normal de los procesos log\u00edsticos, entregando herramientas que ayuden al resurgimiento de un comercio que ha sido fuertemente afectado por todo lo ocurrido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo anterior es que se han estado realizando acciones en el contexto de reactivaci\u00f3n del comercio y en relaci\u00f3n a ello, el \u00faltimo Black Friday del 29 de noviembre, fue una important\u00edsima oportunidad de promoci\u00f3n de productos y servicios con ofertas realmente ventajosas.
