Santiago, 14 de febrero de 2024.- <\/strong>Durante el \u00faltimo tiempo, el comercio minorista ha trabajado a toda m\u00e1quina para identificar sus puntos de mejora e implementar tecnolog\u00edas que respondan a las necesidades del cliente y mejoren sus experiencias.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo evidenci\u00f3 STG en uno de los eventos m\u00e1s importantes del retail en el mundo, NRF. Junto a partners como Zebra, Mojix y SOTI, la compa\u00f1\u00eda fue testigo de una serie de transformaciones para el comercio minorista en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os, donde destacan tecnolog\u00edas como la inteligencia artificial (IA), dispositivos m\u00f3viles, software, y la evoluci\u00f3n de las tiendas digitales.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn la actualidad, las empresas est\u00e1n apostando por tecnolog\u00edas que mejoren la experiencia de los clientes y, en ese sentido, evidenciamos un importante desarrollo de la tecnolog\u00eda de radiofrecuencia (RFID) en la regi\u00f3n, para mejorar los niveles de inventario, la omnicanalidad y obtener mejor exactitud de los procesos. Esta soluci\u00f3n ya es una realidad que se est\u00e1 concretando r\u00e1pidamente\u201d, se\u00f1ala Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n

Al mismo tiempo, el futuro de las tiendas f\u00edsicas marcar\u00e1n la pauta de 2024 con el fin de combinar la experiencia presencial y online en las tiendas, ofreciendo procesos f\u00e1ciles y amigables para el cliente que cada d\u00eda se empodera m\u00e1s en materia tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n

El mercado Latinoam\u00e9ricano y sus tendencias<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mantener la competitividad en una industria sumamente amplia es fundamental. Es por ello que la regi\u00f3n ha evolucionado r\u00e1pidamente en la aceleraci\u00f3n de adopci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, sobre todo post pandemia. <\/p>\n

\u201cLa necesidad del ecommerce es la transformaci\u00f3n. Si bien hace unos a\u00f1os Latinoam\u00e9rica avanzaba lentamente en la inversi\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, hoy vemos un gran compromiso con el incremento de sistemas warehouse, RFID y computadores m\u00f3viles. Asimismo, el mundo est\u00e1 interactuando cada vez m\u00e1s con la IA y las tiendas est\u00e1n haciendo sus esfuerzos por incorporarla a sus procesos\u201d, detalla Cesar Cea, Senior Manager for Product Management and development at Zebra technologies.<\/p>\n

Los beneficios de la IA e incluso el chatGPT pueden ser exponenciales, ya que a trav\u00e9s del desarrollo de plataformas el comercio minorista optimiza su gesti\u00f3n de inventarios, predice y planifica la demanda, evaluando los dolores del cliente, los procesos de las compa\u00f1\u00edas y sus puntos de mejora de la productividad.<\/p>\n

\u201cPara alcanzar la efectividad y revolucionar las experiencias del consumidor, estamos uniendo el mundo del hardware con las plataformas de software para modernizar las tiendas. Esto se traduce en una satisfacci\u00f3n no solo para el cliente, sino para el empleado, ya que, al contar con herramientas digitales, su trabajo es m\u00e1s eficiente\u201d, explica Cea.<\/p>\n

Las disrupciones potencian la innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n

La escasez de mano de obra, los cambios en la jornada laboral, los vaivenes de la econom\u00eda y las complejidades en diversos puertos del mundo se han convertido en desaf\u00edos para el retail. Sin embargo, la resiliencia ha sido la clave del \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo asegura Lara Engler, Senior Key Account Manager at Zebra Technologies, quien explica la creciente necesidad de responder a las demandas. \u201cConocer la industria nos permite proponer innovaciones con un mejor performance y eficientar la gesti\u00f3n de tareas en tiendas, monitorear informaci\u00f3n en tiempo real para luego analizarla y realizar propuestas proactivas que los retailers no conseguir\u00edan sin tecnolog\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n

El mercado continuar\u00e1 evolucionando con el paso de los a\u00f1os y el aumento de las exigencias del consumidor. Y para conseguir el \u00e9xito en sus experiencias, es esencial detectar anomal\u00edas y resolverlas r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa inteligencia artificial complementa nuestras soluciones de trazabilidad. Y con el uso de RFID, el cual ha crecido much\u00edsimo en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, los negocios podr\u00e1n realizar m\u00e1s predicciones en tiendas con la ayuda de la anal\u00edtica, evidenciando los productos con mayores ventas. De aqu\u00ed a cinco a\u00f1os, todos los retailers deber\u00edan contar con esta tecnolog\u00eda para incrementar sus ventas\u201d, comenta Yanine Arellano, VP of operations Latam Mojix.<\/p>\n
