Sin embargo, existe una innovaci\u00f3n emergente que, pese a no ser considerada en todos los sectores, hoy nuevamente toma fuerza, en especial en el retail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando hablamos del metaverso o experiencias inmersivas, nos abrimos a un mundo de posibilidades y un factor clave para el comercio: la personalizaci\u00f3n. Esta caracter\u00edstica es, sin duda, una de las m\u00e1s relevantes para los consumidores, quienes buscan acceder eficazmente a un sinf\u00edn de productos que se pueden adaptar a sus necesidades sin realizar excesivos esfuerzos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entonces, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no volver a plantear el metaverso en la industria? Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, esta tecnolog\u00eda ha impactado gradualmente a aquellos negocios vanguardistas con sed de innovaci\u00f3n, pero no ha sido implementada a gran escala como sucedi\u00f3 con la realidad aumentada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diferencia, b\u00e1sicamente, es que la realidad aumentada interact\u00faa con el mundo f\u00edsico, mientras que el metaverso se relaciona directamente con el digital. En ese sentido, hemos evidenciado c\u00f3mo los consumidores son cada vez m\u00e1s digitales y adaptables a tecnolog\u00edas que agilicen sus servicios y ofrezcan experiencias excepcionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al entrar al mundo del metaverso, los usuarios, adem\u00e1s de crear sus avatares, pueden dise\u00f1ar sus espacios para interactuar, trabajar, vitrinear, entre otras cosas. Es as\u00ed como esta innovaci\u00f3n les permite tomar el control de sus decisiones como, por ejemplo, la simulaci\u00f3n de muebles a su gusto para el hogar en el mundo virtual y llevarlos a la realidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo mismo sucede con la ropa. El consumidor actual es <em>phygital<\/em> y la mayor\u00eda de sus preferencias de compra son buscadas a trav\u00e9s del comercio online, pero no siempre es la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s conveniente, ya que no saben c\u00f3mo les quedar\u00e1 una talla o un color realmente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Navegando en el mundo digital<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A principios de a\u00f1o estuvimos presentes en NRF 2024, uno de los eventos de retail m\u00e1s grandes del mundo y donde evidenciamos c\u00f3mo el metaverso est\u00e1 redefiniendo cientos de experiencias, ya que, adem\u00e1s de ayudar al cliente en sus decisiones de compra, permite al comercio conocer a sus usuarios y conectarse con las futuras generaciones de consumidores en un universo interconectado, sin l\u00edmites f\u00edsicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es as\u00ed como empresas como Microsoft o Meta est\u00e1n innovando su entorno empresarial para alcanzar grandes resultados e innovaciones cada d\u00eda y, de hecho, seg\u00fan datos de <a href=\"https:\/\/es.statista.com\/estadisticas\/1276104\/valor-estimado-del-metaverso\/\">Statista<\/a>, se estima que el tama\u00f1o del mercado de metaverso ascender\u00e1 a m\u00e1s de 507 miles de millones de d\u00f3lares en 2030.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, el portal de estad\u00edsticas indica que el metaverso es una realidad, con <a href=\"https:\/\/es.statista.com\/temas\/8703\/el-metaverso\/\">m\u00e1s de 900 millones de usuarios<\/a> y con altos valores en el mercado, ya que beneficia a diversos sectores, entre los que destaca el comercio electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es hora de seguir evolucionando y poner a prueba las capacidades del comercio y sus consumidores, quienes r\u00e1pidamente se adaptan a las innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas que facilitan sus compras en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No es tarea f\u00e1cil y probablemente no evidenciemos una gran implementaci\u00f3n en el corto plazo, pero a medida que las compa\u00f1\u00edas decidan adoptar esta tecnolog\u00eda, m\u00e1s compradores tambi\u00e9n lo har\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art\u00edculo publicado en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stglatam.com\/blog\/las-claves-que-podrian-hacer-resurgir-al-metaverso-en-el-mercado-minorista\/\">https:\/\/www.stglatam.com\/blog<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Por Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":48296,"featured_media":14249,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"jnews-multi-image_gallery":[],"jnews_single_post":[],"jnews_primary_category":[],"jnews_social_meta":[],"jnews_override_counter":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[164],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14556","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias-clientes"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
