Es aqu\u00ed donde la log\u00edstica de almacenes y centros de distribuci\u00f3n lideran la demanda de la implementaci\u00f3n de este tipo de innovaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con datos recientes del Instituto de Ingenier\u00eda de Espa\u00f1a, existen aproximadamente 190 robots por cada 10.000 empleos. Por su parte, la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Rob\u00f3tica estima que para este 2024 se instalen alrededor de 600.000 nuevos robots en todo el mundo, lo que representa un aumento de 5% en comparaci\u00f3n al 2023, mientras que el <a href=\"https:\/\/ifr.org\/img\/worldrobotics\/2023_WR_extended_version.pdf\">Informe Mundial de Rob\u00f3tica 2023<\/a>, asegura que hasta octubre del a\u00f1o pasado se instalaron 553.053 robots industriales en f\u00e1bricas de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos datos dan una muestra de c\u00f3mo la automatizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 ganando terreno en las compa\u00f1\u00edas, especialmente en el mundo log\u00edstica, que desde la pandemia por covid-19 ha manifestado una implosi\u00f3n en cuanto al uso de tecnolog\u00edas para agilizar, mejorar, facilitar y ordenar sus procesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSudam\u00e9rica ha experimentado un crecimiento significativo en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en cuanto a implementaci\u00f3n de robots. En STG hemos observado que al menos 1 de cada 10 clientes est\u00e1 evaluando las soluciones de rob\u00f3tica. La mayor\u00eda est\u00e1 dirigida para la log\u00edstica de almacenes y centro de distribuci\u00f3n, seguida de la automatizaci\u00f3n procesos de picking y embalaje\u201d,&nbsp; explica Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero ese impulso de evaluar soluciones de rob\u00f3tica emerge de una serie de necesidades que cada vez est\u00e1n siendo m\u00e1s evidentes, principalmente en los operadores log\u00edstica de terceros (3PL): eficiencia en las operaciones, disminuci\u00f3n de errores y optimizaci\u00f3n de recursos. \u201cLos robots de picking y packing, por ejemplo, pueden procesar pedidos con una precisi\u00f3n cercana al 99,9%, minimizando los errores humanos y mejorando la velocidad de respuesta\u201d, agrega el experto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los robots con m\u00e1s demanda en Chile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el ejecutivo, en el pa\u00eds los robots con mayor demanda son los que cumplen funciones de picking y packing, seguidos de los m\u00f3viles aut\u00f3nomos encargados de la gesti\u00f3n de almacenes y robots colaborativos o Cobots que trabajan en conjunto con la mano obrera en diferentes etapas del proceso log\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAlgunos de los robots, llamados Ranger Mover Smart, realizan el transporte de clasificaci\u00f3n de productos, mientras que otros asisten las labores de picking bajo un cobot de asistencia en los almacenes, robots aut\u00f3nomos de transporte de contenedores para microfulfillment, pick a persona y transporte de producto o pallets\u201d, comenta Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, no es un horizonte cerrado para la industria, pues se espera que los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os se sumen nuevos proyectos para que a Chile puedan aterrizar nuevos robots que est\u00e1n revolucionando la industria log\u00edstica a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEntre las innovaciones m\u00e1s prometedoras se encuentran los robots de clasificaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos avanzados, equipados con sistemas de visi\u00f3n artificial y machine learning para identificar, clasificar y organizar productos de manera m\u00e1s eficiente. Tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1n explorando soluciones rob\u00f3ticas integradas con inteligencia artificial y anal\u00edtica de datos, que permiten optimizar la cadena de suministro en tiempo real, anticipando demandas y ajustando procesos de manera autom\u00e1tica\u201d, confirma el experto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los robots y el trabajo humano<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aunque la innovaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas es un punto de relevancia para la industria, tambi\u00e9n es de inter\u00e9s la alianza o integraci\u00f3n de la automatizaci\u00f3n con los colaboradores humanos, quienes deben ser capaces de asumir nuevas tareas con mayor grado de especializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLos empleados pueden supervisar y trabajar en conjunto con los robots, realizando tareas que requieran de habilidades cognitivas, toma de decisiones y creatividad, mientras los robots se encargan de las tareas repetitivas y f\u00edsicamente demandantes\u201d, resalta Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los robots est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para complementar las habilidades humanas y no para reemplazarlas.
