Y es que la intenci\u00f3n, que en muchas de estos libretos de ficci\u00f3n no mencionan, est\u00e1 la facilitaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n en la labor de la mano de obra, como por ejemplo, en la rapidez de almacenamiento, recolecci\u00f3n de pedidos, distribuci\u00f3n y entrega de paquetes, si se habla de la industria log\u00edstica y el e-commerce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Rob\u00f3tica (IFR, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) public\u00f3 a inicios de 2024 su informe World Robotics 2023 en el que<a href=\"https:\/\/ifr.org\/ifr-press-releases\/news\/global-robotics-race-korea-singapore-and-germany-in-the-lead\"> indica que en el mundo se alcanz\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord de 3,9 millones de robots operativos hasta el a\u00f1o 2022 <\/a>y muchos de ellos est\u00e1n siendo aplicados para mejorar procesos, como el retiro en tienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chile es uno de los pa\u00edses que se ha unido a esta tendencia de incluir robots en las labores de la industria log\u00edstica. De acuerdo con la empresa de investigaci\u00f3n de mercado Mordor Intelligence se proyecta que<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mordorintelligence.com\/es\/industry-reports\/latin-america-warehouse-robotics-market\"> el mercado latinoamericano de rob\u00f3tica de almac\u00e9n registre una tasa compuesta anual de 11% entre 2024 y 2029 y Chile es parte de los pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina que est\u00e1 invirtiendo para el crecimiento de este mercado. <\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras el auge del comercio electr\u00f3nico en los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os y a pesar que el env\u00edo a domicilio sigue siendo la opci\u00f3n preferida por muchos consumidores, el retiro en tienda ha presentado un aumento notable seg\u00fan comenta Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile. Por esto, el uso de tecnolog\u00edas y soluciones que automaticen las labores son un beneficio para la mejora del futuro del servicio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSi hablamos espec\u00edficamente del retiro en tienda, los robots cumplen varios roles importantes. En primer lugar, est\u00e1n encargados de la gesti\u00f3n eficiente del inventario en el almac\u00e9n, lo que incluye la identificaci\u00f3n y recolecci\u00f3n de productos espec\u00edficos solicitados por los clientes para su retiro\u201d, resalta el ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, Navarrete agrega que esto permite optimizar los procesos log\u00edsticos y minimizar errores en la preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos. Los robots pueden desempe\u00f1ar funciones de asistencia en la entrega de productos dentro de la tienda, ayudando a los colaboradores a llevar productos pesados o voluminosos, lo que mejora la experiencia del cliente y libera tiempo para que el personal se enfoque en tareas de mayor valor agregado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tipos de robots que aterrizan en Chile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el pa\u00eds han aterrizado diferentes tipos de tecnolog\u00edas rob\u00f3ticas para facilitar los procesos de retiros en tiendas, entre ellos el robot m\u00f3vil aut\u00f3nomo (AMR) de mercanc\u00eda a personas para almacenamiento automatizado, almacenamiento de inventario, abastecimiento y preparaci\u00f3n de pedido en dark y distribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n resalta la presencia de los robots colaborativos o mejor conocidos como cobots que trabajan junto a los empleados en tareas como preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos y recolecci\u00f3n asistida. \u201cEstos robots est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para ser seguros y f\u00e1ciles de usar en entornos compartidos con humanos, en este sentido STG promueve la soluci\u00f3n de Ranger Assist\u201d, agrega.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre otras innovaciones presentes y utilizadas en Chile destacan:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Experiencias de compra asistida por robots. <\/strong>Algunas tiendas est\u00e1n utilizando robots para mejorar la experiencia de compra de los clientes, proporcionando asistencia y orientaci\u00f3n en la tienda. Estos robots pueden ayudar a los clientes a encontrar productos espec\u00edficos, brindar recomendaciones de productos y responder preguntas comunes sobre el inventario y las promociones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Terminales de autoservicio y kioscos automatizados.<\/strong> Si bien no son robots en el sentido tradicional, los terminales de autoservicio y los kioscos automatizados est\u00e1n siendo ampliamente utilizados en tiendas para facilitar el proceso de retiro de productos. Los clientes pueden utilizar estos dispositivos para escanear c\u00f3digos de barras, procesar pagos y recoger sus pedidos de manera r\u00e1pida y conveniente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl futuro del servicio de retiro en tiendas promete ser emocionante. Se espera la integraci\u00f3n de las innovaciones como la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), automatizaci\u00f3n completa del ciclo de pedido, rob\u00f3tica avanzada y experiencia de compra personalizada con reconocimiento facial y an\u00e1lisis de datos. Todas transformar\u00e1n la forma en que los minoristas gestionan sus operaciones y satisfacen las necesidades de los clientes.
