Desde la automatizaci\u00f3n de los almacenes, hasta la digitalizaci\u00f3n en la atenci\u00f3n al usuario, la evoluci\u00f3n no se detiene y el sector sigue dando pasos hacia nuevas inversiones para incrementar mejoras en la&nbsp; experiencia de sus&nbsp; clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De hecho, seg\u00fan un estudio&nbsp; de Zebra Technologies &#8211; partner de STG,&nbsp; la tendencia hacia la innovaci\u00f3n dio como resultado al alza de presupuestos a US$5,15 millones para este 2024, materializ\u00e1ndose en el aumento de instalaciones, tecnolog\u00edas para el seguimiento en tiempo real, mejora en la precisi\u00f3n de la ubicaci\u00f3n, optimizaci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o y automatizaci\u00f3n flexible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa industria log\u00edstica se est\u00e1 preparando para el futuro, actualizando sus servicios con soluciones que incluyen robots, inteligencia artificial (IA), RFID, sensores, entre otras. Aunque el camino es largo para una mayor automatizaci\u00f3n de procesos, hoy los colaboradores cuentan con un espacio m\u00e1s amplio para su crecimiento profesional mediante tareas m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gicas y creativas\u201d, se\u00f1ala Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de&nbsp; STG Chile<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En l\u00ednea a ello, STG junto a sus partners, presentaron en la feria Logistec Show, las nuevas tendencias que se esperan pronto en el comercio minorista, mostrando toda la variedad de soluciones y herramientas que hoy lideran para la optimizaci\u00f3n de las cadenas de suministro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTenemos que instalar m\u00e1s \u00b4tiendas modernas\u00b4 en Chile. El nombre es simple y abarca todo lo que estamos observando en el mundo. Queremos evidenciar y que prueben las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que est\u00e1n revolucionando la forma de llevar adelante los procesos\u201d, menciona Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un aterrizaje novedoso para Chile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con una exhibici\u00f3n de lo que se visualiza en los retailers en la actualidad, STG comparti\u00f3 con los visitantes todos los procesos digitales que mejoran no solo la experiencia del cliente, sino que tambi\u00e9n facilitan las labores de los colaboradores en el&nbsp; inventario, selecci\u00f3n de productos, seguridad y precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el evento en Chile, algunas de las tecnolog\u00edas presentadas fueron los robots para el retiro en tienda, la autoatenci\u00f3n, el uso de RFID para el inventario y los espejos interactivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os la tecnolog\u00eda de radiofrecuencia ha tenido un importante crecimiento en la industria log\u00edstica, espec\u00edficamente en los retailers. La necesidad actual&nbsp; es contar con la visibilidad de datos en tiempo real, lo que no proporciona un sistema de c\u00f3digo de barra est\u00e1ndar. RFID es un sistema automatizado que da paso a una recepci\u00f3n masiva de datos que conlleva, adem\u00e1s, a contar con m\u00e1s recursos humanos para ello\u201d, dijo Gladys Ram\u00edrez, product manager RFID de STG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En relaci\u00f3n a los espejos interactivos, se espera que mejoren la experiencia de las personas. Su implementaci\u00f3n en pa\u00edses de Europa, por ejemplo, ya se conocieron&nbsp; en 2015, pero hoy se consolida como la nueva promesa e invenci\u00f3n de Latinoam\u00e9rica con mayores beneficios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl espejo busca mejorar la experiencia de compra del consumidor porque a trav\u00e9s de la integraci\u00f3n de RFID sabe qu\u00e9 es lo que el cliente est\u00e1 probando y a trav\u00e9s de la base de datos o motores de b\u00fasqueda, el colaborador puede recomendar prendas y accesorios que combinen con colores diversos.
