La apuesta por el comercio electr\u00f3nico sigue apuntando al alza. Recientemente la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Santiago revel\u00f3 que se estima un incremento del 8% en las compras onlines durante el 2024.<\/a> Y el Cyber Day podr\u00eda ser un trampol\u00edn para superar estas expectativas.<\/p>\n

Un brazo ejecutor  para que las empresas evolucionen y sean competitivas con sus clientes es la aplicaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas. Hablamos de los beneficios en la eficiencia operativa para mejorar los procesos de env\u00edos, logrando una rapidez y rentabilidad en el aumento de las ventas.<\/p>\n

Para que las compa\u00f1\u00edas puedan incrementar su productividad es imprescindible adoptar soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas que logren visibilizar la eficiencia en los almacenes. En efecto, los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n brindan un alto nivel de funcionalidad, permitiendo la integraci\u00f3n de todas las herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas. En el caso de un WMS, mejorar\u00e1 las operaciones y aumentar\u00e1 la precisi\u00f3n de extremo a extremo en el almac\u00e9n, logrando que la cadena de suministro funcione \u00e1gilmente en periodos hot sales.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn sistema WMS adecuado puede mejorar las ventas y facilitar el retorno de inversi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, la  fuerza laboral actual puede recoger y recibir m\u00e1s art\u00edculos en menos tiempo, reduciendo el margen de error. De esta manera, se reducen las consultas de los clientes y se simplifica la atenci\u00f3n\u201d, acota Navarrete.<\/p>\n

Sin duda, las marcas y su capacidad se ponen a prueba  en eventos como el Cyber Day. Y para lograr cumplir con la demanda y exigencia esperada, es fundamental que el negocio est\u00e9 preparado. Desde STG se comparten 4 recomendaciones para que la tiendas puedan incrementar las ventas durante el Cyber Day: Tener los precios bajos no es suficiente para que las ventas en esta temporada sea un \u00e9xito. Es relevante la inversi\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00edas que ayuden a mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios, como es el caso de RFID para el control exacto del stock.<\/p>\n

          \u201cEl Cyber Day y los eventos hot sales que nos esperan en Chile, vaticinan  ser la prueba de fuego  para el resurgimiento del ecommerce, el cual vimos decaer en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de la pandemia.
