Tanto a nivel laboral y social, como econ\u00f3mico y legislativo \u00e9sta innovaci\u00f3n sigue penetrando en las distintas arterias de los negocios, formando parte de m\u00e1s sectores y, por cierto, generando un debate relacionado a su implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy son muchos los l\u00edderes y compa\u00f1\u00edas que se encuentran en un punto de inflexi\u00f3n: subirse o no a la revoluci\u00f3n de IA. Seg\u00fan el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/publications\/the-future-of-jobs-report-2023\/\"><em>Informe sobre el Futuro del Empleo 2023<\/em><\/a> del Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial, casi tres cuartas partes de las empresas encuestadas tienen previsto adoptarla, y el 50% espera que provoque un crecimiento del empleo. Y el retail no es la excepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa adopci\u00f3n de esta tecnolog\u00eda ha ido creciendo exponencialmente, variando de acuerdo al modelo, presupuesto y el tama\u00f1o de la organizaci\u00f3n. Si hace unos a\u00f1os fue la pandemia lo que motiv\u00f3 un cambio de paradigma, la IA est\u00e1 generando una transformaci\u00f3n mayor\u201d, explica Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imf.org\/en\/Publications\/Staff-Discussion-Notes\/Issues\/2024\/01\/14\/Gen-AI-Artificial-Intelligence-and-the-Future-of-Work-542379?cid=bl-com-SDNEA2024001\">informe del FMI<\/a> concluy\u00f3 que el 40% de los puestos de trabajo de todo el mundo se ver\u00e1n afectados por la IA. En las econom\u00edas avanzadas, esa cifra se elevar\u00e1 al 60% de los puestos de trabajo que se ver\u00e1n perjudicados por el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico, y alrededor de la mitad sufrir\u00e1n un impacto negativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn la actualidad existen chatbots que operan las 24 horas del d\u00eda, probadores virtuales, sistemas de autoservicio y algoritmos de segmentaci\u00f3n. Son algunas variantes que se han ido incorporando gracias a la IA. El futuro ya lleg\u00f3 para quedarse y el comercio minorista hoy vive una constante evoluci\u00f3n\u201d, detalla Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, desde STG, se comparten cinco maneras en que la inteligencia artificial est\u00e1 cambiando el comercio minorista:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gemelos digitales. <\/strong>Se trata de una copia virtual ya sea de la propia empresa, sistema f\u00edsico o proceso. Puede recrear desde una tienda hasta un peque\u00f1o almac\u00e9n. Esta versatilidad resulta muy \u00fatil y con la irrupci\u00f3n de la IA se puede predecir todo el procesos de&nbsp; la cadena de suministro hasta el flujo de clientes. Con la IA, los gemelos digitales se nutren de mayor eficacia y reacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta posibilidad de simular hipot\u00e9ticos escenarios antes de que ocurran en la realidad, permite una real optimizaci\u00f3n de los recursos, permitiendo utilizarse para la capacitaci\u00f3n de nuevos trabajadores y recrear alguna situaci\u00f3n de emergencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Promociones hechas a la medida. <\/strong>A nivel comercial, son un buen \u201cgancho\u201d para atraer p\u00fablico y clientes. Pero tambi\u00e9n hay que saber ofertar. Con la IA, esto va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y pr\u00e1cticamente se puede ir centrando en un solo usuario, personalizando esta acci\u00f3n. \u00bfDe qu\u00e9 manera? Analiza su perfil de compras y tambi\u00e9n el comportamiento del consumidor que est\u00e1 en ese momento en l\u00ednea, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n su manera de navegar por el sitio. Es ah\u00ed donde surgen los banners con productos que se encuentran buscando en ese preciso instante. En tiempo real, la IA puede ir generando promociones a medida e inter\u00e9s del cibernauta. Esto da como resultado un aumento en las ventas y genera una mayor fidelizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Prevenci\u00f3n de devoluciones. <\/strong>Sin lugar a dudas son el Tal\u00f3n de Aquiles para los comerciantes minoristas. El tener que ejecutar una devoluci\u00f3n afecta considerablemente en temas log\u00edsticos y operativos, resultando un gasto e inversi\u00f3n no deseada. A trav\u00e9s de la IA, este da\u00f1o se puede aminorar con un an\u00e1lisis detallado de los datos de los clientes. Desde sus historiales de compra, hasta los comentarios que han realizado acerca de alg\u00fan producto. Esta herramienta nos permite detectar qu\u00e9 elementos se devuelven con mayor frecuencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mayor conocimiento de la demanda y del inventario<\/strong>.Con su brillante capacidad para poder albergar y analizar muchos datos, la inteligencia artificial puede adelantar este panorama con mayor precisi\u00f3n, es decir, permite conocer con exactitud qu\u00e9 producto tendr\u00e1 la mayor demanda sobre otro. Adem\u00e1s, ayuda a tener una mejor gesti\u00f3n del inventario, con lo que se puede mantener un equilibrio interno que evita p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas y de material.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Seguimiento a la huella de carbono.<\/strong> Hoy en d\u00eda, los temas ligados a la sostenibilidad y sustentabilidad han ido adquiriendo mayor inter\u00e9s entre las personas. Cada vez son&nbsp; m\u00e1s los usuarios&nbsp; que buscan aportar con el&nbsp; medioambiente de distintas formas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esa l\u00ednea, la IA les permite a los comerciantes hacer un seguimiento de su huella de carbono desde que se hace hasta que se entrega el producto.
