Es el resultado de un compromiso constante con la excelencia, la calidad y la innovaci\u00f3n. Cada edici\u00f3n de Logistec es el fruto de una rigurosa labor de investigaci\u00f3n, curiosidad, observaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta edici\u00f3n n\u00famero 143 nos sigue sorprendiendo el avance que ha tenido el sector en Chile. El posicionamiento de importantes actores a nivel log\u00edstico, la presencia de compa\u00f1\u00edas multinacionales que llegan a Chile convencidas de su potencial, el crecimiento del mercado de los operadores log\u00edsticos, el e-Commerce como potencial de crecimiento para el comercio B2B y el c\u00f3mo la IA se ha configurado como un tremendo desaf\u00edo a\u00fan por dimensionar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, queremos en esta ocasi\u00f3n destacar un art\u00edculo sobre los desaf\u00edos de los ejecutivos de m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os en la b\u00fasqueda de nuestras opciones laborales. Sabemos que este problema es cultural y golpea a distintos sectores, pero como Logistec queremos dejar claro nuestro respaldo y reconocimiento a la experiencia y conocimiento de los ejecutivos que enfrentaron -quiz\u00e1- los momentos m\u00e1s complejos de la log\u00edstica chilena, cuando la lucha por posicionarse como un \u00e1rea clave del desarrollo empresarial era dura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, como medio nos estamos preparando para celebrar en la pr\u00f3xima edici\u00f3n nuestros 24 a\u00f1os de historia. Entendemos que ser los mejores no es solo una meta alcanzada, sino una responsabilidad que seguiremos asumiendo cada d\u00eda.
