De acuerdo con el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edsticas (INE), el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ine.gob.cl\/docs\/default-source\/%C3%ADndice-de-precios-al-consumidor\/boletines\/espa%C3%B1ol\/2024\/boletin-%C3%ADndice-de-precios-al-consumidor-(ipc)-julio-2024.pdf?sfvrsn=d23f2fde_5\">\u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) de julio<\/a> present\u00f3 una variaci\u00f3n de 0,7% y un acumulado de 3,1 % en lo que va del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos datos son impulsados de acuerdo con las diferentes din\u00e1micas de consumo de los ciudadanos y el ecommerce es parte de ello. Una instancia que promete una importante alza en este a\u00f1o, de acuerdo con distintos expertos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prueba de ello es el alza que mostraron las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnc.cl\/las-ventas-online-del-retail-registraron-un-alza-marginal-durante-el-primer-trimestre-2024\/\">ventas online del retail en 0,6% durante el primer trimestre del a\u00f1o<\/a>, seg\u00fan detalla la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Comercio, Servicio y Turismo (CNC). Tendencia que se empez\u00f3 a evidenciar desde febrero con un incremento de 1,6% del comercio electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl panorama del ecommerce vislumbra mucha mejora. Las expectativas realmente son altas y para cumplirlas, las empresas deben estar preparadas y alineadas para atender este flujo de compras. Principalmente en las fechas de alta demanda, como Cyber Monday, Black Friday y Navidad, que ya se aproximan\u201d, destaca Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG en Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El especialista agrega que paralelo al alza, el comercio electr\u00f3nico debe estar acompa\u00f1ado de mejores capacidades a trav\u00e9s de nuevas innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas que faciliten la operatividad de los comercios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa tercerizaci\u00f3n de las operaciones o tambi\u00e9n conocido third party logistics (log\u00edstica 3PL), es una medida cr\u00edtica y recomendada para que las compa\u00f1\u00edas optimicen sus operaciones, mientras reducen gastos evitando la inversi\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas, infraestructura y personal a cargo\u201d, declara Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Evoluci\u00f3n con soluciones de valor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la actualidad, las compa\u00f1\u00edas que se encargan de la log\u00edstica de otras empresas implementan soluciones de pickeo, lo que la ayuda al reaprovisionamiento de los productos y a analizar informaci\u00f3n de inventario en tiempo real, lo que lleva a una preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica y exacta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUna de las soluciones que est\u00e1n generando impacto en el mercado son las de picking por luces o PTL, principalmente en industrias como ecommerce y retail, ya que permite la disminuci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de movimiento de los operarios, lo que se traduce en una mayor productividad al generar m\u00e1s pedidos\u201d, resalta Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los beneficios que han detectado las empresas que han sumado este tipo de soluciones a sus procesos est\u00e1 la reducci\u00f3n de los m\u00e1rgenes de errores al preparar los pedidos, lo que permite a su vez m\u00e1s de 99,5% de asertividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, facilita la integraci\u00f3n de los operadores en el almac\u00e9n e impacta en un inventario m\u00e1s preciso al actualizar la informaci\u00f3n y registrar los movimientos de stock.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUn alza en las ventas digitales, como se espera para finales de este a\u00f1o, deben ir de la mano con la mejora de las operaciones de cada empresa.
