{"id":16277,"date":"2024-10-29T20:07:13","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T20:07:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2024\/10\/29\/mario-yanez-gerente-general-de-gps-chile-la-informacion-per-se-no-es-util-es-necesario-tener-una-estrategia-de-datos\/"},"modified":"2025-11-07T10:12:58","modified_gmt":"2025-11-07T14:12:58","slug":"mario-yanez-gerente-general-de-gps-chile-la-informacion-per-se-no-es-util-es-necesario-tener-una-estrategia-de-datos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2024\/10\/29\/mario-yanez-gerente-general-de-gps-chile-la-informacion-per-se-no-es-util-es-necesario-tener-una-estrategia-de-datos\/","title":{"rendered":"MARIO Y\u00c1\u00d1EZ, GERENTE GENERAL DE GPS CHILE: \u201cLA INFORMACI\u00d3N PER SE NO ES \u00daTIL, ES NECESARIO TENER UNA ESTRATEGIA DE DATOS\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El ejecutivo expuso su visi\u00f3n en el Seminario <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/bnp-paribas-arval_activity-7249140949610557443-tyTj?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop\">Arval Mobility Observatory<\/a>, un evento que abord\u00f3 los cambios en la forma en que entendemos la movilidad, basados en la innovaci\u00f3n y la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los conversatorios destacados en el seminario sobre movilidad organizado por Arval, fue el denominado \u201cInteligencia artificial y optimizaci\u00f3n de data\u201d, que cont\u00f3 con la presencia de 4 expertos del \u00e1rea, entre los que estuvo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mario-yanez\/\">Mario Y\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/a>, gerente general de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/gps-chile-s.a.\/posts\/?feedView=all\">GPS Chile.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la ocasi\u00f3n, el ejecutivo se refiri\u00f3 a la importancia de que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de contar con tecnolog\u00eda que genere data, es necesario que las empresas se pregunten qu\u00e9 quieren conseguir con esos datos y elaboren una estrategia que les permita conseguir sus objetivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ejemplo, si una empresa quiere reducir los accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito de sus camiones, no basta con que tenga una alerta de velocidad, es necesario que agrupe los datos que la tecnolog\u00eda le entrega y pueda prever situaciones y tomar acci\u00f3n. \u201cLa inteligencia artificial est\u00e1 ayudando mucho a detectar patrones en la conducci\u00f3n. Si tenemos un conductor que va a cierta hora, en cierta ruta, con se\u00f1ales de cansancio, podemos decir que tiene una probabilidad de accidente de un 95%. Entonces, eso permite tomar acciones preventivas. La inteligencia artificial puede dar alertas inteligentes, pero luego est\u00e1 la presencia humana, que tiene que tomar acciones\u201d, explic\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, el ejecutivo hizo un llamado a las empresas a capacitar a sus colaboradores para que no le tengan miedo a la inteligencia artificial, sino que la adopten, lo que generar\u00e1 un proceso de cambio muy profundo. \u201cHay una visi\u00f3n de que la inteligencia artificial va a reemplazar trabajos. Puede ser que algo nos pase, pero -en general- creo que es una gran oportunidad de productividad, de mejores trabajos y de mejor calidad de trabajo.
