En la pr\u00e1ctica&nbsp; todav\u00eda falta mucho por hacer. Desde la visi\u00f3n de las empresas, emplear pr\u00e1cticas&nbsp; ecol\u00f3gicas es fundamental para salvaguardar los recursos naturales que a\u00fan quedan en la Tierra, pero tambi\u00e9n es parte de las estrategias de negocio, adem\u00e1s de un requisito para cumplir con las legislaciones gubernamentales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el a\u00f1o 2016, Chile implement\u00f3 la Ley de Responsabilidad Extendida del Producto (Ley REP), con el prop\u00f3sito de fomentar la reducci\u00f3n de los residuos y promover el reciclaje de los mismos. En ese sentido, la legislaci\u00f3n busca fomentar la reutilizaci\u00f3n de productos y aplicar normativas para los fabricantes, productores, consumidores, importadores y comerciantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es as\u00ed como en diciembre de 2023, la Superintendencia del Medio Ambiente (SMA) public\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n extensa&nbsp; que establece instrucciones generales sobre la trazabilidad de datos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas medidas incluyen el registro de datos relacionado con la responsabilidad extendida del productor; la orientaci\u00f3n a los regulados para recolectar los datos necesario; creaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Reporte de la Responsabilidad Extendida del Productor (SISREP); fijaci\u00f3n de reportes mensuales de los datos; y la determinaci\u00f3n del contenido de los informes de cumplimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, pese a estos esfuerzos, a un a\u00f1o de dicha resoluci\u00f3n existen grandes desaf\u00edos, en cuanto a capacitaci\u00f3n, adopci\u00f3n de soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas de trazabilidad, cultura, inter\u00e9s y espacios en los que se pueda reciclar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1 Chile? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el primer Bar\u00f3metro de Recicla en Chile, realizado por la organizaci\u00f3n ReSimple junto a CADEM y la Universidad Adolfo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez (UAI), un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.resimple.cl\/Informe%20Primer%20Bar%C3%B3metro%20de%20Reciclaje%20ReSimple%20-%20Cadem.pdf\">26% de los chilenos recicla a diario o semanalmente<\/a>, mientras que 32% lo hace de manera ocasional y 17% nunca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a las edades, los mayores de 56 a\u00f1os (34%) mostraron mayor inter\u00e9s en aplicar esta pr\u00e1ctica que los j\u00f3venes de entre 18 y 24 a\u00f1os de edad (9%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Siguiendo la l\u00ednea de este estudio, la mayor\u00eda de los encuestados revel\u00f3 que los principales obst\u00e1culos para reciclar es que no poseen un lugar que les permita reciclar cerca de sus casa (46%), seguido de que no lo hacen por falta de costumbre (36%) o falta de informaci\u00f3n (29%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos datos son clave para los retos que seguimos enfrentando no solo como comunidad, sino como seres humanos, pues somos los ciudadanos el eslab\u00f3n m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico en materia de sostenibilidad, por lo que el \u00e9xito de la Ley REP no solo depende de las empresas, sino de tambi\u00e9n de las personas, y la educaci\u00f3n es el primer paso para revertir las problem\u00e1ticas hoy presentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos en sistemas de trazabilidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La tecnolog\u00eda desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la creaci\u00f3n de cadenas de suministro m\u00e1s sostenibles. Las soluciones de trazabilidad, como las que ofrece STG, permiten a las empresas rastrear el recorrido completo de un producto, desde su fabricaci\u00f3n hasta su disposici\u00f3n final, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas como la Ley REP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas herramientas no s\u00f3lo proporcionan informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre la calidad, temperatura, durabilidad y vida \u00fatil de los productos, sino que tambi\u00e9n ayudan a optimizar procesos internos, reducir desperdicios y fomentar una econom\u00eda circular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Muchas empresas se est\u00e1n preparando para ello. Recientemente se llev\u00f3 a cabo un evento en el que desde STG constatamos que m\u00e1s del 50% de las empresas tanto del \u00e1rea log\u00edstica, salud y alimentos buscan invertir en nuevas soluciones de trazabilidad, tanto para procesos internos, c\u00f3mo aquellos que midan el desarrollo de un materia prima hasta que llega al cliente final.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En STG, por ejemplo, ofrecemos soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas integrales, como sistemas RFID y software avanzado, que permiten a las empresas no solo registrar y monitorear el estado de sus productos, sino tambi\u00e9n cumplir eficientemente con la Ley REP.
