Seg\u00fan el estudio Mercado de Log\u00edstica en Chile (EMR-Claight) \u00e9sta alcanz\u00f3 un valor de aproximadamente USD 36,86 mil millones en 2023, con una proyecci\u00f3n de crecimiento anual del 6,20% hasta 2032.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-16558\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Pamela_Schwerter.jpg\" alt=\"Pamela Schwerter\" style=\"margin: 10px; float: left;\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Pamela_Schwerter.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Pamela_Schwerter-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Pamela_Schwerter-75x75.jpg 75w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>Esta industria pujante \u2013 e hist\u00f3ricamente masculina &#8211; ha comenzado a incorporar a las mujeres como una fuerza transformadora. Sin embargo, a pesar de los avances, a\u00fan existen brechas significativas que se deben superar para lograr una verdadera equidad de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 5to Reporte de Indicadores de G\u00e9nero en las Empresas en Chile 2023, que recopil\u00f3 datos de compa\u00f1\u00edas que informan a la Comisi\u00f3n para el Mercado Financiero, revel\u00f3 que las mujeres ocupan el 21,12% de los puestos directivos en el sector de Transporte y Almacenamiento, un aumento de 5 puntos porcentuales respecto a 2020. Sin embargo, en cargos de gerencia de primera l\u00ednea, la representaci\u00f3n femenina lleg\u00f3 solo a 18,48%, 5 puntos porcentuales menos que en el informe anterior. Si ponemos una lupa sobre la log\u00edstica especializada en salud, lo m\u00e1s probable es que estas cifras sean a\u00fan m\u00e1s bajas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las mujeres en la log\u00edstica de salud hoy desempe\u00f1an roles cruciales en la gesti\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro, asegurando la entrega oportuna y segura de productos m\u00e9dicos y farmac\u00e9uticos. Participan activamente en la planificaci\u00f3n, adquisici\u00f3n, almacenamiento y distribuci\u00f3n de suministros m\u00e9dicos. Adem\u00e1s, implementan tecnolog\u00edas y anal\u00edtica de datos para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir costos, contribuyendo significativamente a la innovaci\u00f3n y mejora de procesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el sector salud, donde el cuidado ha sido tradicionalmente asociado al g\u00e9nero femenino, muchas mujeres trabajan en hospitales y cl\u00ednicas, desempe\u00f1ando funciones esenciales en la log\u00edstica. No obstante, la participaci\u00f3n femenina en espacios de liderazgo y direcci\u00f3n en log\u00edstica de salud sigue siendo limitada. Aumentar nuestra presencia en estos roles es fundamental para fomentar una mayor diversidad en las estrategias y enfoques dentro de la industria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La inclusi\u00f3n de mujeres en puestos de liderazgo, como gerentes generales, gerentes de operaciones o de cadenas de suministro, no solo enriquecer\u00e1 el sector con nuevas ideas y perspectivas, sino que tambi\u00e9n promover\u00e1 una mayor equidad y sostenibilidad en la industria de la log\u00edstica en salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ser una de las pocas mujeres en un puesto directivo en esta industria me ha permitido ver de primera mano la importancia de la diversidad en el liderazgo. Las mujeres aportamos perspectivas \u00fanicas y valiosas que pueden impulsar la innovaci\u00f3n y el crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En mi caso, liderando una empresa nacional de log\u00edstica especializada en salud, visibilic\u00e9 una necesidad urgente de los centros hospitalarios de recibir medicamentos y dispositivos m\u00e9dicos, incluso en situaciones cr\u00edticas, cumpliendo con los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de seguridad y calidad. Esta entrega oportuna y segura de medicamentos y dispositivos m\u00e9dicos, muchas veces, puede marcar la diferencia entre la vida y la muerte de los pacientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde mi experiencia de liderazgo femenino comprend\u00ed la importancia de garantizar que los suministros m\u00e9dicos lleguen en \u00f3ptimas condiciones a los centros de salud para lo cual era necesario desarrollar sistemas avanzados de trazabilidad y control de condiciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta misma visi\u00f3n me llev\u00f3 a integrar a la empresa una visi\u00f3n de sostenibilidad, fomentando la correcta gesti\u00f3n de residuos m\u00e9dicos para proteger tanto la salud p\u00fablica como el medio ambiente.
