Pero la gran inc\u00f3gnita es si estamos preparados como pa\u00eds, como empresa y, m\u00e1s a\u00fan, como profesionales para recibirla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Foro Econ\u00f3mico Mundial public\u00f3 en 2023 un informe sobre c\u00f3mo evolucionar\u00edan los puestos de trabajo en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os y c\u00f3mo las tendencias socioecon\u00f3micas y tecnol\u00f3gicas impactar\u00e1n en el perfil del profesional del futuro, incluidos los CIO\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un dato adicional que me gustar\u00eda compartir es una visi\u00f3n del Profesor Dr. Abel S\u00e1nchez, Director Ejecutivo MIT, quien mencion\u00f3 que la empresa OpenAI (creadora de ChatGPT) entrevist\u00f3 a 4173 compa\u00f1\u00edas que hab\u00edan contratado sus servicios. Estas herramientas de IA son esenciales en m\u00faltiples industrias, impulsando la productividad y optimizando las tareas diarias. El perfil profesional en tres a\u00f1os tendr\u00e1 una inclinaci\u00f3n hacia tareas creativas, utilizando herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas y buscando empresas con estrategias de implementaci\u00f3n de IA, lideradas por CIOs menos micromanager y m\u00e1s inspiradores que fomenten la creatividad y el esp\u00edritu emprendedor en cada profesional, impulsando su crecimiento y desarrollo de habilidades como: pensamiento anal\u00edtico, creatividad, flexibilidad, resiliencia, uso de tecnolog\u00edas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas habilidades ser\u00e1n esenciales para adaptarse a los cambios en el mercado laboral y aprovechar las oportunidades emergentes. Definitivamente, el tema es apasionante y, a su vez, inc\u00f3modo, debido al grado de disrupci\u00f3n e incertidumbre. Podr\u00edamos estar todo el d\u00eda hablando sobre c\u00f3mo la inteligencia artificial se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en nuestro mejor amigo o enemigo, algo tan esencial y transformador que est\u00e1 marcando un \u00abantes y despu\u00e9s\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfC\u00d3MO INICIAR LA IMPLEMENTACI\u00d3N DE IA DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA EMPRESARIAL?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Implementar y cumplir con la \u00e9tica: No sustituir personas por IA, sino construir una estrategia robusta que potencie nuevas habilidades, con un enfoque en \u00abCustomer Centricity\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Mapeo completo: Trabajar en puntos manejables con el departamento de Mejora Continua, identificando brechas, oportunidades y necesidades de capacitaci\u00f3n. Clasificar los flujos de procesos potenciales que se pueden estandarizar y crear agentes IA. Realizar un an\u00e1lisis profundo de los datos con un mayor retorno por inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Crear una estrategia de capacitaci\u00f3n: Se estima que el 44% de las habilidades de los profesionales cambiar\u00e1n en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. La capacitaci\u00f3n debe cubrir conceptos b\u00e1sicos como \u00e9tica en IA, leyes de ciberseguridad, uso adecuado de asistentes virtuales y comprensi\u00f3n de t\u00e9rminos asociados a IA.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y los profesionales, \u00bfc\u00f3mo deber\u00edan estar atentos para no arriesgar sus empleos?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Actualizarse en conocimientos sobre IA: Seg\u00fan el informe de www3.weforum.org, habr\u00e1 una transici\u00f3n en los puestos de trabajo en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os, donde se crear\u00e1n 69 millones de empleos, pero se eliminar\u00e1n 83 millones debido a la migraci\u00f3n de roles hacia necesidades asociadas a IA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Cambio de perfil profesional: Para los profesionales analistas, se necesitar\u00e1 un perfil m\u00e1s creativo, emprendedor, curioso y desafiante. Para los CIOs, se debe adoptar un enfoque \u00e1gil y fortalecer habilidades en psicolog\u00eda empresarial, actuando como motivadores para equipos que valoran el equilibrio entre vida personal y trabajo, y rechazando el control excesivo.
