La clave estar\u00e1 en la planificaci\u00f3n, la resiliencia y la adopci\u00f3n de estrategias innovadoras para mantenerse competitivos en un entorno en constante cambio.<\/p>\n<p>Este 2025 se perfila como un a\u00f1o de grandes retos para las empresas chilenas, y si esto lo extrapolamos a nuestras pymes, este periodo demandar\u00e1 muchas estrategias de adaptaci\u00f3n para cambios tecnol\u00f3gicos, exigencias desde el lado del consumidor, nuevas regulaciones en materia de jornada laboral, reformas, mercados vol\u00e1tiles, entre otros desaf\u00edos que marcar\u00e1n un punto de inflexi\u00f3n en la manera en que estas empresas gestionan sus operaciones, para mantenerse competitivas y alineadas en un mercado altamente demandante.<\/p>\n<h3>EXIGENCIAS AMBIENTALES Y SOSTENIBILIDAD<\/h3>\n<p>Un claro ejemplo de estos cambios son las nuevas exigencias ambientales y de sostenibilidad, como es el caso del proyecto de Ley 20.920 de Responsabilidad Extendida del Productor (REP), que obliga a las empresas a responsabilizarse de la gesti\u00f3n de sus productos al final de su vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que las empresas deber\u00e1n adaptar sus procesos internos para lograr cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares establecidos por la ley, por lo que tendr\u00e1n que verse obligados a reducir residuos, elegir materiales reciclables, con tal de disminuir su huella de carbono, lo que en t\u00e9rminos pr\u00e1cticos llevar\u00e1 inevitablemente a un aumento de costos de producci\u00f3n, por lo que es de vital importancia planificar eficientemente los recursos para que estos cambios no generen una presi\u00f3n adicional sobre sus m\u00e1rgenes.<\/p>\n<p>Para enfrentar este desaf\u00edo, las Pymes pueden optar por certificaciones ambientales que les permitan diferenciarse en el mercado y acceder a beneficios fiscales. Adem\u00e1s, la digitalizaci\u00f3n y el uso de tecnolog\u00edas limpias podr\u00e1n ayudar a optimizar los procesos productivos, reduciendo costos y aumentando la eficiencia.<\/p>\n<h3>JORNADA LABORAL REDUCIDA<\/h3>\n<p>Otro desaf\u00edo relevante es la reducci\u00f3n gradual de la jornada laboral por la puesta en marcha de la Ley 21.561 en 2024, que para abril de 2026 se establece el cumplimiento de una jornada de 42 horas. Durante 2025, las pymes tendr\u00e1n que tomar acciones estrat\u00e9gicas para que esta reducci\u00f3n no impacte en los \u00edndices de productividad.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-16858\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Andrea_Melendez.jpg\" alt=\"Andrea Melendez\" style=\"margin: 10px; float: left;\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Andrea_Melendez.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Andrea_Melendez-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Andrea_Melendez-75x75.jpg 75w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>Dado que muchas pymes dependen de equipos de trabajo reducidos, esta medida podr\u00eda generar complicaciones en la distribuci\u00f3n de la carga laboral. Algunas soluciones incluyen la reorganizaci\u00f3n de turnos, la contrataci\u00f3n de personal adicional o la implementaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda para optimizar los flujos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Para mitigar el impacto de esta normativa es recomendable que cualquier decisi\u00f3n que se tome en esta materia est\u00e9 acompa\u00f1ada de un an\u00e1lisis robusto para no comprometer su rentabilidad, juntamente con las ayudas que entrega el gobierno, como Sello 40 horas, el programa Crece de Sercotec, o Despega Mipe del Sence que brindan apoyo econ\u00f3mico y asesoramiento en la adaptaci\u00f3n a este nueva realidad laboral chilena.<\/p>\n<h3>MAYOR FISCALIZACI\u00d3N Y TRANSPARENCIA<\/h3>\n<p>El fortalecimiento del Servicio Nacional del Consumidor (Sernac) es otra transformaci\u00f3n clave que impactar\u00e1 a las pymes en 2025. Con el proyecto \u201cSernac te Protege\u201d se busca darle m\u00e1s atribuciones a este organismo para que deje de ser un actor pasivo, y pueda otorgar sanciones a las empresas que incurran en incumplimientos a las normativas de protecci\u00f3n al consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esta nueva realidad, las empresas deber\u00e1n asegurar y dar garant\u00eda de trazabilidad y transparencia desde la producci\u00f3n hasta la entrega al cliente final. La recomendaci\u00f3n es que las pymes comiencen a trabajar en esta materia con antelaci\u00f3n y contar con un proceso asentado que tenga bajo control los reclamos y fortalecer tambi\u00e9n el \u00e1rea de servicio al cliente con tal de tener todo provisto antes de que se transforme en ley.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.logistecshow.cl\/logistecshow2025\/registro_logistecshow_2025.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/evento_linkedin_febrero.jpg\" alt=\"evento linkedin febrero\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>VOLATILIDAD DEL MERCADO<\/h3>\n<p>Asimismo hay que considerar la volatibilidad del mercado en general y la variabilidad del d\u00f3lar. Es de vital importancia para enfrentar estas fluctuaciones -que seg\u00fan el modelo de negocio- se apliquen estrategias de mitigaci\u00f3n para enfrentar estas alzas y bajas cambiarias.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas opciones incluyen, por ejemplo, la diversificaci\u00f3n de mercados para reducir la dependencia de un solo sector; implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias de precios flexibles que permitan ajustarse r\u00e1pidamente a cambios econ\u00f3micos; contrataci\u00f3n de seguros cambiarios para protegerse de variaciones abruptas del d\u00f3lar y la evaluaci\u00f3n de proveedores locales como alternativa para reducir costos de importaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>ACCESO AL FINANCIAMIENTO<\/h3>\n<p>El acceso al financiamiento es otro reto importante, pues sigue siendo una barrera significativa para muchas pymes en Chile. Aunque existen iniciativas gubernamentales para facilitar cr\u00e9ditos y subsidios, la alta competencia por estos fondos deja a muchas empresas fuera del alcance de estos beneficios.<\/p>\n<p>La clave para mejorar las posibilidades de financiamiento, las pymes pueden optar por estrategias como: mantener un control riguroso sobre sus inventarios para evitar sobrecostos; optimizar la gesti\u00f3n financiera mediante software de contabilidad y an\u00e1lisis de costos; explorar fuentes alternativas de financiamiento como crowdfunding o inversores privados y postular a programas de apoyo estatal con un plan de negocios s\u00f3lido y bien estructurado.<\/p>\n<p>Definitivamente, la resiliencia ser\u00e1 un factor fundamental a desarrollar en las pymes chilenas en 2025. Adaptarse a un escenario econ\u00f3mico y regulatorio desafiante requerir\u00e1 planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, innovaci\u00f3n y una mentalidad flexible.
