La operaci\u00f3n, oficializada a inicios de junio, incluye los diez almacenes que Aldea posee en Lima, que suman una capacidad total de 272.000 metros cuadrados construidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nueve de los establecimientos adquiridos corresponden a bodegas de Tipo A, con alturas al hombro iguales o superiores a los 12 metros, lo que permite a BSF ampliar y complementar su actual oferta log\u00edstica en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta incorporaci\u00f3n refuerza especialmente su presencia en la zona de Villa El Salvador, uno de los principales polos log\u00edsticos de Lima, y se alinea con la estrategia de ofrecer servicios con altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad, seguridad y precios competitivos para sus clientes actuales y futuros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La transacci\u00f3n fue aprobada por Indecopi, organismo regulador de la libre competencia en Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan Andr\u00e9s Solari, director de BSF Almacenes del Per\u00fa, esta adquisici\u00f3n representa una operaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que fortalece la presencia local de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.
