The project, carried out through its local partner <a href=\"https:\/\/tryasteel.com\/\"><strong>TryaSteel<\/strong><\/a>, involved the installation of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ar-racking.com\/en\/storage-systems\/industrial-racking-systems\/shelving\/longspan-shelving\/\">Longspan Shelving system<\/a> that significantly enhances storage capacity and improves overall space functionality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The warehouse, with a total area of 1,063.39 m\u00b2, has been equipped with specially designed racking structures capable of supporting loads over 200 kg, replacing the previously existing slotted angle shelving. This upgrade was essential to meet the client\u2019s requirements for safely and efficiently storing a greater number of items, achieving a total storage capacity of 23,440 boxes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cWe are truly delighted with the new medium-duty racking. It has completely transformed our warehouse, giving it a more organized, professional, and welcoming look. Moreover, we achieved our main goal: maximizing storage capacity in an efficient and safe way. Without a doubt, it\u2019s a comprehensive improvement that not only met but exceeded our expectations. Thank you for helping us take this big step forward!\u201d, said Leidy Diana De Jes\u00fas Jos\u00e9, representative of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bancentral.gov.do\/\">Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The installation, with a height of 4,000 mm, included 1,000 mm beams and frames with depths of 850 mm and 450 mm, designed by AR Racking\u2019s engineering team to meet the specific requirements of the project. The full refurbishment was completed in just seven weeks, ensuring a smooth and effective transition for the client.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Juan Francisco L\u00f3pez, project manager at TryaSteel, stated: \u00abThe quality and strength of AR Racking\u2019s solutions were key to the success of this project. The medium-duty system not only met the resistance standards we required, but also notably optimized the Central Bank\u2019s storage space.
