Las empresas log\u00edsticas reforzaron su capacidad operativa, no solo aumentando la dotaci\u00f3n de personal, sino tambi\u00e9n extendiendo turnos, digitalizando procesos y ejecutando una planificaci\u00f3n que se afina con meses de antelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl trabajo log\u00edstico durante el Cyber no se puede improvisar. Es una operaci\u00f3n que se planifica con al menos dos meses de antelaci\u00f3n. Se refuerzan turnos, se trazan rutas con tecnolog\u00eda y se arman cuadrillas especializadas para cubrir la demanda que, en muchos casos, triplica la de un d\u00eda normal\u201d, explica Natalia Olea, Gerente de Desarrollo Log\u00edstico de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rocktruck.cl\/\">Rocktruck<\/a>, empresa especializada en log\u00edstica enfocada en primera, pen\u00faltima y \u00faltima milla (despachos a domicilio).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pues claro, luego de hacer clic en pagar, comienza un proceso muchas veces desconocido para los usuarios y es que durante los d\u00edas de Cyber, los centros de distribuci\u00f3n se convierten en verdaderas centrales operativas. Algunos funcionan en modalidad continua las 24 horas, con personal rotativo y coordinaci\u00f3n en tiempo real.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez realizada la compra, los productos adquiridos se clasifican por zonas, se empaquetan con c\u00f3digos de trazabilidad y se cargan en veh\u00edculos que deben cumplir rutas optimizadas para evitar retrasos. \u201cTodo el proceso es un proceso log\u00edstico complejo. Si un paso se atrasa, afecta al resto de la cadena\u201d, detalla Olea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de la relevancia del trabajo humano, la tecnolog\u00eda juega un rol fundamental en este proceso. Sistemas TMS (Transportation Management Systems), Inteligencia Artificial, o algoritmos que asignan autom\u00e1ticamente pedidos seg\u00fan ubicaci\u00f3n, volumen o tipo de carga, son claves para la preparaci\u00f3n del pedido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa tecnolog\u00eda nos permite anticipar cuellos de botella y tomar decisiones en tiempo real. Ya no basta con tener camionetas disponibles: hay que saber exactamente qu\u00e9 ruta seguir, a qu\u00e9 hora salir y cu\u00e1ntos pedidos entregar por viaje\u201d, comenta la ejecutiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, aunque los sistemas digitales han facilitado el trabajo, la log\u00edstica a\u00fan depende de miles de personas como pickers, supervisores, operadores y conductores. Durante el Cyber, muchas empresas duplicaron su dotaci\u00f3n, especialmente en funciones cr\u00edticas como la preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos o la carga de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLos equipos humanos siguen siendo clave. La velocidad y la precisi\u00f3n de los pedidos dependen de personas entrenadas que conocen bien los flujos. Por eso, gran parte del trabajo previo es la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal temporal que se suma para estos eventos\u201d, agrega Olea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora bien, desde el sector log\u00edstico destacan que el comportamiento del consumidor tambi\u00e9n puede marcar la diferencia. Estar disponible para recibir el paquete, consolidar pedidos o usar opciones de entrega programada puede contribuir a un proceso m\u00e1s eficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl cliente tambi\u00e9n es parte de esta cadena.
