Su implementaci\u00f3n es clave para avanzar hacia operaciones m\u00e1s seguras; con vital importancia en la adhesi\u00f3n de nuestros trabajadores para que estas reglas se conviertan en parte de nuestra cultura diaria\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las&nbsp;10 reglas&nbsp;de esta iniciativa fueron elaboradas de manera&nbsp;colaborativa por trabajadores de distintas \u00e1reas del terminal, mediante talleres participativos que permitieron recoger experiencias, riesgos y buenas pr\u00e1cticas desde el terreno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La puesta en marcha contempla&nbsp;tres etapas: implementaci\u00f3n, difusi\u00f3n y control. Actualmente, se est\u00e1 trabajando de manera simult\u00e1nea en las dos primeras y, pr\u00f3ximamente se iniciar\u00e1 el proceso de control, que permitir\u00e1 verificar la adherencia a las reglas y reforzar su cumplimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pommiez explic\u00f3 que la empresa est\u00e1 trabajando en un&nbsp;s\u00f3lido plan de seguridad, que considera acciones a&nbsp;corto, mediano y largo plazo&nbsp;para fortalecer tanto la estrategia como los liderazgos en esta materia.
