Estos cargos, que en muchos casos resultan inevitables, suelen presentarse sin la debida transparencia respecto a su origen y justificaci\u00f3n, lo que genera desconfianza en el sector y expone a las empresas a costos inesperados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, KLog.co, compa\u00f1\u00eda l\u00edder en soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas para la log\u00edstica en Latinoam\u00e9rica, organiz\u00f3 el pasado viernes 5 de septiembre un webinar orientado a transparentar estas pr\u00e1cticas y fomentar un debate abierto en torno al tema. La iniciativa surgi\u00f3 tras una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/baltazardrapela_nada-peor-que-sentir-que-te-est%C3%A1n-cagando-activity-7366914741493055490-3wrn?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop&amp;rcm=ACoAADKWDGABNzNfhHWMc48Ov8UrDKQ5dkH5UNo\">publicaci\u00f3n en redes<\/a> que explot\u00f3 con m\u00e1s de mil reacciones y cientos de comentarios, reflejando la magnitud del malestar en la industria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El encuentro cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Fernando Varetto, Chief Operating Officer (COO) de KLog, quien adem\u00e1s moder\u00f3 la conversaci\u00f3n; Ismael Ovalle, cofundador de Atakama Outdoor y representante del sector importador; Rodrigo Mancilla, Gerente General de Puerto Columbo; y un agente de aduanas invitado especialmente para la instancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la jornada se subray\u00f3 la importancia de que los importadores mantengan un control efectivo de toda la cadena log\u00edstica y comparen tarifas para garantizar mayor transparencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSiempre traten de controlar la cadena, traten de controlar el transporte. Eso es fundamental\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Fernando Varetto, quien a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cNunca trabajes con una sola tarifa, siempre con al menos dos. Eso genera transparencia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde la perspectiva de los clientes, Ismael Ovalle destac\u00f3 la dificultad de comprender los cargos en las facturas: \u201cNuestro principal desaf\u00edo era entender la cadena de costos, identificar a los actores involucrados y el rol que desempe\u00f1a cada uno. Cuando veo mi factura y aparece un cobro fijo de 250 d\u00f3lares en una carga peque\u00f1a, surge la duda de si estoy pagando dos veces por el mismo concepto\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Rodrigo Mancilla reconoci\u00f3 la opacidad hist\u00f3rica en los cobros extraportuarios: \u201cA\u00f1os atr\u00e1s esto era una caja negra: muchos recib\u00edan facturas y no sab\u00edan qu\u00e9 significaban\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El agente de aduanas, en tanto, enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de mayor claridad en la industria: \u201cLa transparencia es clave. Los costos deben estar abiertos y las tarifas desglosadas para que el cliente conozca exactamente lo que est\u00e1 pagando\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa de KLog marca un precedente en la regi\u00f3n al abrir la discusi\u00f3n sobre un tema hist\u00f3ricamente postergado en el sector.
