La visita tuvo como objetivo conocer los resultados de un proyecto integral de automatizaci\u00f3n desarrollado por AGUIA SISTEMAS, firma brasile\u00f1a con experiencia en dise\u00f1o e integraci\u00f3n de sistemas intralog\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La instalaci\u00f3n en la ciudad de Ponta Grossa incluye un Centro de Distribuci\u00f3n de 18.000 m\u00b2, conectado a cuatro plantas de procesamiento en fr\u00edo, y abastece a m\u00e1s de 270 locales de la cadena MADERO en Brasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sistema contempla racks de alta densidad con tecnolog\u00eda Multishuttle, racks selectivos con transelevadores, capaces de operar en condiciones de refrigeraci\u00f3n (+5\u202f\u00b0C) y congelaci\u00f3n (-20\u202f\u00b0C), transportadores de cajas y de pallets, portal de control de peso y etiquetado en pallets. En total, el CD permite almacenar m\u00e1s de 85 mil cajas en ambiente refrigerado y 760 pallets en congelado, con cinco pasillos de operaci\u00f3n y transportadores para el ingreso y despacho de cajas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde Intersystems destacaron la eficiencia y calidad de la ejecuci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de AGUIA SISTEMAS, que logr\u00f3 completar el proyecto en tiempo r\u00e9cord.
