Aunque existen se\u00f1ales positivas de inversi\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n, la transici\u00f3n hacia una cadena de suministro m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y resiliente a\u00fan debe acelerar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las m\u00faltiples dificultades que enfrentamos hoy requieren una mirada estrat\u00e9gica y colaborativa para superarlas, una inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura, la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas digitales, la diversificaci\u00f3n de mercados y la gesti\u00f3n sostenible del recurso h\u00eddrico son elementos clave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El aumento de inventario ayuda, y qued\u00f3 en evidencia al momento de afrontar eventos como la pandemia, pero con el incremento de los costos que eso significa que, si no somos capaces de regularlo, el impacto econ\u00f3mico solo crecer\u00e1, as\u00ed como las ineficiencias y p\u00e9rdidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vivir en la contingencia no puede ser \u00e9l desde, no debe ser la forma de vivir la cadena de suministro. La pandemia nos ense\u00f1\u00f3 a actuar con rapidez y adaptarnos a un mundo cambiante sin ninguna certeza, y esa habilidad no la podemos perder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s debemos sumar la sostenibilidad, y no solo con una mirada en los focos ambientales y sociales, sino tambi\u00e9n a integrar pr\u00e1cticas responsables econ\u00f3micamente para construir cadenas que sean resilientes, \u00e9ticas y eficientes a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este foco econ\u00f3mico si bien se centra en la eficiencia operacional, debe ser sin comprometer valores \u00e9ticos, pero prepararnos para mitigar interrupciones en la cadena de suministros, ya sea por desastres naturales, conflictos, cambios en las regulaciones o en la demanda por modificaciones en las necesidades de los consumidores, que adem\u00e1s cada d\u00eda valoran m\u00e1s la transparencia y el compromiso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta para este punto es partir por diversificar proveedores que permita reducir riesgos de continuidad operacional, pero que tambi\u00e9n puede ser una oportunidad para identificar eficiencias. Adem\u00e1s, se deben implementar procesos de innovaci\u00f3n para adaptarse a los cambios, ya sean geopol\u00edticos, econ\u00f3micos, regulatorios o ambientales; sin dejar de lado la gesti\u00f3n de inventarios para evitar sobreproducci\u00f3n, aumento en los costos, sobre inventarios, mermas y todo lo que esto implica.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las claves para avanzar hacia una cadena sostenible, es medir la huella de cada etapa del proceso, optimizarla y repensarla frecuentemente. Seleccionar tambi\u00e9n proveedores responsables &nbsp;y construir con ellos relaciones a largo plazo, donde sean realmente socios estrat\u00e9gicos. Adem\u00e1s, &nbsp;realizar inversiones en tecnolog\u00eda como IoT, IA, trazabilidad, entre otras, que permitan la gesti\u00f3n de data, as\u00ed como tener elementos de an\u00e1lisis r\u00e1pido y a la mano para la toma de decisiones. En esta l\u00ednea, tambi\u00e9n es clave capacitar a los equipos en sostenibilidad y pensamiento sist\u00e9mico, critico e innovaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como nuevas pr\u00e1cticas y procesos sostenibles para contar con procesos sustentables y perdurables, pero tambi\u00e9n para mirar los procesos como un ciclo continuo que nos permita pensar fuera de la caja y unir todo en un c\u00edrculo virtuoso de econom\u00eda y responsabilidad para, finalmente, crear ecosistemas sostenibles compartidos entre proveedores, clientes y productores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy estamos m\u00e1s que nunca en un ambiente cambiante y altamente desafiante que nos lleva a pensar distinto m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las estructuras y los l\u00edmites conocidos.
