Durante esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o se congestionan puertos, rutas, y aeropuertos a causa del incremento en las importaciones y exportaciones de productos, por festividades y eventos comerciales como la Navidad y Black Friday.<\/p>\n

En Chile, la temporada alta (noviembre a marzo), ha cambiado r\u00e1pidamente en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os influenciada, principalmente, por el auge del comercio electr\u00f3nico. Las compras en l\u00ednea han transformado la forma en que los consumidores interact\u00faan con sus marcas favoritas y se ha intensificado la conducta de adquisici\u00f3n de bienes y servicios.<\/p>\n

Actualmente, los peak de demanda no se limitan solo a las festividades tradicionales como la Navidad, sino que tambi\u00e9n a eventos como el Black Friday, transformando la idea de lo que antes se consideraba \u201ctemporada alta\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan cifras de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Santiago (CCS),  las ventas online y presenciales del Black Friday 2024, superaron los US$550 millones, tras m\u00e1s de 10 millones de compras realizadas por los consumidores. A la vez, el comercio electr\u00f3nico chileno alcanz\u00f3 ventas por $4,5 billones de pesos en el primer semestre de este a\u00f1o (US$4.725 millones), consolidando su recuperaci\u00f3n tras dos a\u00f1os de ajuste post pandemia. <\/p>\n

La CCS, proyecta que las ventas digitales superar\u00e1n los $9 billones de pesos al cierre de 2025 (US$9.457 millones), lo que implicar\u00eda un crecimiento cercano al 10% respecto de 2024. Estos datos reflejan el dinamismo que la industria log\u00edstica y las cadenas de suministro enfrentan durante la temporada alta en el pa\u00eds, implicando una gran cantidad de movimientos de inventario.<\/p>\n

\u201cDurante la temporada alta, la log\u00edstica se ve muy afectada. En estas fechas todo se congestiona, los aeropuertos, las rutas y los puertos. Hay un incremento en las importaciones, especialmente de productos como ropa, juguetes, bicicletas y art\u00edculos electr\u00f3nicos por el Black Friday y la Navidad. Adem\u00e1s, otros commodities como, por ejemplo, salm\u00f3n, fruta fresca y seca, y el cobre siguen funcionando en paralelo. A esto se suma el cierre contable de las empresas y los feriados bancarios, que generan m\u00e1s congesti\u00f3n en los pagos y operaciones. Es una \u00e9poca donde todo se mueve al mismo tiempo\u201d, comenta Eduardo Becerra, Branch Manager de Interborders Chile.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, Becerra se\u00f1ala que \u201ctambi\u00e9n nos enfrentamos al atochamiento en los aeropuertos con la salida de la fruta, principalmente la cereza, que se exporta fuertemente durante noviembre.  La cereza es clave porque tiene que llegar antes del A\u00f1o Nuevo Chino, as\u00ed que entre noviembre y diciembre la demanda de espacio y transporte aumenta much\u00edsimo\u201d.<\/p>\n

Para Interborders<\/a>, la planificaci\u00f3n de la temporada alta requiere un enfoque estrat\u00e9gico que permita a las empresas transitar de forma eficiente el volumen de demanda y los desaf\u00edos que acompa\u00f1an a este per\u00edodo ajetreado.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa clave est\u00e1 en la previsibilidad. Recomendamos tener una relaci\u00f3n constante con su  forwarder y con su equipo comercial para anticipar necesidades y fechas de entrega. Hay factores que no se pueden controlar, como las marejadas, congesti\u00f3n portuaria o naves que omiten puertos, pero s\u00ed se puede planificar mejor para reducir el riesgo. Es importante mantener contacto con el destino, buscar las rutas menos congestionadas y gestionar con anticipaci\u00f3n el transporte terrestre. Tambi\u00e9n es relevante evitar movimientos en d\u00edas de tr\u00e1nsito pesado y tener claridad de las fechas para no pedir espacios a \u00faltimo momento. Si se anticipa todo esto, se reducen muchos problemas\u201d, destaca el ejecutivo.<\/p>\n

\u00bfSe puede garantizar una entrega eficiente?<\/h3>\n

Para gestionar correctamente el transporte de las mercanc\u00edas, se debe tener en cuenta el tipo de carga a mover. En algunos casos se puede usar tren, cuando la naviera ofrece ese servicio desde sectores agr\u00edcolas hacia el puerto. Pero, en Chile,  la mayor\u00eda se traslada por transporte terrestre. Si es necesario, se puede combinar la importaci\u00f3n con transporte en camionetas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as para desconsolidar y entregar directamente a las bodegas. El objetivo siempre es optimizar tiempos y asegurar la entrega en buenas condiciones.<\/p>\n

\u201cGarantizar la entrega al 100% es dif\u00edcil, porque hay muchos factores externos que no dependen de los forwarders, pero lo importante es tener el m\u00e1ximo control posible desde nuestro lado: anticipar reservas, coordinar camiones, revisar y utilizar las rutas m\u00e1s convenientes y mantener comunicaci\u00f3n permanente con el cliente. Tambi\u00e9n hay que tener cuidado con los robos en ruta, sobre todo con productos muy buscados como frutas secas, almendras, nueces, cerezas o salm\u00f3n. Siempre recomendamos evitar traslados nocturnos cuando se pueda, o dejar el cami\u00f3n en bodega y salir temprano al d\u00eda siguiente\u201d, se\u00f1ala Becerra.<\/p>\n

En este tipo de actividades la tecnolog\u00eda ayuda mucho. \u201cEl uso de GPS, monitoreo en tiempo real y herramientas de tracking<\/a> permite tener trazabilidad completa desde que el cami\u00f3n retira la carga hasta que llega a destino. Eso le da tranquilidad al cliente y mejora la comunicaci\u00f3n, porque se puede informar cualquier cambio o novedad al instante, lo que es sumamente importante.
